Beautiful place overlooking the marina, nearby to shop restaurants and supermarket. Lovely shower and comfy bed, had everything you needed for your stay. Host was helpful and quick to respond. We can't wait to stay again

Great place, perfect for a weekend to explore the city with my husband and young boys. Walkable to the front, but far enough away for a break from the fun and energy of Brighton. Would stay again!

We had such a wonderful time staying at Ricky’s place when visiting Brighton, to the point where we chose to stay in during the evenings rather than going out because it was such a comfortable and homely place! Ricky was a really friendly and proactive communicator, who made us feel so welcome and at ease; it made the whole trip feel like a 5-star getaway. Next time we visit Brighton, I don’t think we’ll look anywhere else to stay but at Ricky’s! Highly recommended and great value.

My friend and I spent three nights in this lovely apartment. It's located a bit outside the city, but still within a reasonable walking distance. For us, it was really nice to stay in a quiet area. The apartment is located below the owners' residence, which caused some noise. It didn’t bother us at all — in fact, we found it quite cozy — but it might be good for others to be aware of. There was a slight "basement" smell in the bedroom, but it went away with some airing out. It was a really lovely place, and we would love to come back. ☺️

Ricky was a brilliant and helpful host with a lovely home to stay in. Right in the heart of lots of restaurants, cafes and bars it’s also perfectly located a 5 min walk from the seafront. It has been decorated to a high standard and is very clean. Although it is a basement flat, it has a bonus outside patio space and is very light and airy. We will 100% be back again to visit and would highly recommend to others too!!

Had a lovely stay at Judith‘s annexe. Comfy bed, well-equipped kitchenette and convenient parking right outside the door. Judith’s a very attentive host. She greeted me in person and kindly accepted deliveries for me. Would definitely stay here again.

We cannot recommend this flat highly enough! We felt completely at home. The space is beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous and fully equipped for wholesome home cooked meals. Ideal location if arriving by train and wanting to explore Brighton by foot. Em and Matt were friendly, communicative hosts who cared about making their guests feel welcome. We truly didn’t want to leave, and we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Brighton. A real gem!

This place had everything we needed for a 2 night stay in Brighton and it was also very clean. The BnB was in walking distance to the main shops but up a very big hill on the way back! Hosts were good at communicating and sent us clear instructions for our visit. Would stay again if we are in the area :)

We had a great stay here, Josh was really helpful with any questions that we had and kindly offered a later check-out. The house was perfect for our visit in a very good location.

We had the greatest girls weekend at the Funky house! The house is super quirky, with everything you need for a a fun stay. Would definitely recommend this place! The house itself was spotless, and the hot tub was a great bonus! The hosts were so friendly and responsive, we felt right at home. We will be sure to visit again!

After the nightmare of our other Airbnb in Brighton that we booked, James was like a knight in shining armour. He really helped us out of a tight squeeze by providing his property to us with only an hours notice. When we arrived at the house there was a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge, along with fresh fruit and flowers. The property was spotless and only a 20 min walk from the pier. His communication was fantastic and I can see why he has been rated so highly. I cannot rate him or his property highly enough and would definately stay there again on my next visit to Brighton. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Amber’s apartment. Communication prior to and during the stay was great. The apartment itself was clean and ideally located. Having access to the pool and gym at the hotel below was a fantastic perk. We did unfortunately have to request some of the stated amenities during our stay. It would also be a nice touch if there was some furniture on the balcony to be able to enjoy the view. But other than that, we had a great stay!

I liked the athetics and enjoyed the location. Its a short walk to the beach. I like how clean and spotless it was. It had nice heated outdoor space and I liked the fact there were speakers in every room.

We enjoyed 2 days at Joanne’s beautiful apartment. It’s exactly like the photos, gorgeous, spacious and bright with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen and luxe bathroom. The garden is super pretty! You have a sea view from the living room as the beach is right across the street. We walked everywhere. The free parking is an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!

The accommodation offered by Jess is very well located, 5 minutes from the beach. The accommodation is pleasant and easy to get to, and there are two local shops within a 2-minute walk (I particularly liked the Nord Hove café down the road). Jess is very responsive and very pleasant, a stay in keeping with the local weather: sunny ☀️

I loved staying at Adrian’s flat! It was cozy, very quiet and clean. I felt right at home. The bed was very comfortable, and the hot shower was much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again!
