You will be overlooking the iconic Brighton coastline in both directions, and with easy access to central Brighton and the surrounding countryside, it’s the perfect place to base yourself for a relaxing getaway. The apartment offers spectacular sea views from each of the three generously sized double bedrooms as well as the living area.

Duck Lodge B&B, Luxury Log Cabin with Hot Tub

Duck Lodge, a boutique log cabin, is located in a serene village. This all-wood home is surrounded by a lush garden, offering a tranquil location. The well-equipped interior showcases eclectic furnishings, Sky TV and a sound system. Your private 8 seater hot tub is exclusively yours between 4-9 pm located on the main house's patio, 25 meters up from the lodge. To ensure a peaceful experience, we suggest enjoying up to 2 hours of soaking time - perfect for unwinding in comfort and privacy 🥂🍾

Hi there and welcome to The Swift… If you're looking for somewhere that's chilled and romantic, with a few sheep thrown in, you've found the perfect place. Whether you want to go hiking round the South Down's, take a day trip to Brighton or just relax on a deck chair with a glass of Prosecco, our quaint little shepherd's hut is just for you! Beautiful peaceful surroundings, the birds chorus, baaa-ing sheep and gorgeous clear starry skies await you. And not forgetting the bubbling hot tub!

Own patio space in rear of garden with own entrance.Kitchenette , fridge, own bathroom with shower toilet, TV and WiFi, own patio area with table and chairs at the top of our garden. Jacuzzi - OUTSIDE OUR HOUSE not the air b and b hot tub times 6.30pm-8.30pm Children will be playing outside during the visit PARKING 🅿️ - weekends free / during week we provide vouchers for £5 a day- Please ask to make sure available

Ultimate retreat - sauna, hot tub & swimming pond

Spa with hot tub and sauna all heated via a log burner for the ultimate retreat break. Guest house in large gardens, king sized bed, small kitchen and en-suite. Many local attractions near Brighton Gatwick Airport and the South Downs! Pull out double sofa bed, works well for smaller family’s. Stunning 25 meter swimming pond, water is crystal clear. Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.

Little Coombe Bank

New in 2019 ! Little Coombe Bank is a lovely self contained cabin with its own private garden space . It is suitable for 2 adults primarily. We also have a cot for babies. It is a light and airy space with lots of natural light from the 3 skylights, 2 large windows and full glass entrance which opens out to your private patio garden complete with wood burner. It is adjacent to the main house but not overlooked. We are pet friendly and have fab walks direct from the house.

Situated down a quiet rural lane in the Sussex countryside near Brighton, Kenny's Hut is the perfect romantic retreat for two. Enjoy uninterrupted views over the fields and sheep from the sun deck, relax listening to birdsong or stargaze at night sat around the warm glow of the firepit.
