The house was cosy and the beds comfy. We enjoyed a walk to the seafront area and a drive to the picturesque South Downs. We had a lovely, relaxed weekend break - thank you!

Jonathan was a great host who quickly responded to any messages. The house is well equipped and had anything you need for your stay, great clear instructions for any appliances etc.

The house was beautiful and perfect for our needs and the location was spot on, being close enough but far enough out of Brighton itself. Rottingdean was really lovely. Excellent transport links as well as being easily driveable. The house felt like a home and had everything that we needed. Lyndsey was super quick at responding to messages and was really helpful. The only problem we encountered was parking as this was very limited, luck f the draw, on street parking - was ok for us as was the weekend but would have been trickier if we were visiting on weekdays. We would definitely return!

We had a wonderful group stay at The Old Townhouse. Very clean and characterful and great amenities too, Paul had thought of everything we might need. The location is amazing, right in the heart of kemptown and close to the beach.

I stayed at West Pier House with some friends for my 40th birthday. The house is in a fantastic location, close to the station, even closer to the sea front and 10 minutes from The Lanes. The house was spotless and very comfortable. Cat and Andy were great hosts, easy to contact and very amenable. So I chose this house! Thank you both!

Gabbys house was an amazing airbnb experience, one of the best we’ve had. The house is so lovely, stocked full of amenities and we were able to have an amazing few days here. The house is spotless, but so cosy and lovely decor. Gabby left us some eggs, bread, milk etc which was a lovely touch. The house is approx 20-30 min walk from the pier, but there are lovely parks and pubs on route and we found the location ideal. She responded very quickly to our questions, let us check in early and check out late, and was really lovely throughout. 10/10 recommend

Great house, home from home, everything we needed, plenty of space for our older children, briiliant location for buses all over the area so no need to take the car, shops very near for supplies and the fish and chips near the house were fabulous. Would happily stay again, thank you.

We stayed for four nights with our two teenage city kids to give them a taste of countryside life!! They loved the spacious apartment, all of the nature, birds, badger, deer and of course the kites, the warm pool, and freedom to explore the extensive grounds! A fabulous Airbnb with very generous and kind hosts.

Lovely accommodation in a wonderful location. Ideal for a dog, with walk routes starting opposite the property.

This was my 2nd time here. The Barn is amazing and the views are outstanding. James is a great guy and responds quickly to emails. Definitely recommend this Barn.

We had such a lovely stay at the Pool House! Super easy to check in - some milk/bread/eggs and other goodies were a lovely touch. Got to enjoy the outdoor pool and hot tub as well as outdoor area with BBQ. Also used some of the recommendations for near by like the Deerpark which was brilliant as well as another local farm shop. Pool house had everything we could have needed. Had the best stay - thank you!

For my first holiday away with my 2 beautiful children I honestly couldn’t have wished for a better stay. The cottage is beautiful, the gardens and surrounding grounds are stunning, simply a lovely place to be. We spent a lot of time in the cottage and use if the new fire pit in the evenings as it was so peaceful and relaxing. 2 main attractions for us were Pooh Corner with Ashdown Forrest for all your Winnie the Pooh adventures, and Hever Castle which is a lovely day out. Tennis courts and a lovely pool to boot ❤️❤️❤️ Caroline left some beautiful touches, some Easter treats for my children and a host of food and fresh juice, lovely 😍❤️

Highly recommended, lovely location close to Eastbourne, Hastings & Brighton. Shirley couldn’t have done more to make our stay a home from home. Very welcoming and helpful, looking forward to staying again in the future. Thank you.

We had a very pleasant stay at Cedar House with our small children. The living quarters are very spacious, well designed and have everything you need. The pool and spa area is impressive (even if it comes at an extra cost), it was well worth and the kids loved having the entire pool to themselves. There is also a small play area as well as a ping pong table and other games to keep them entertained. We love the area, Bosham is stunningly beautiful and the beaches of the Witterings are a short drive away. Overall a great family stay, we would like to be back!

Martin was a proactive and friendly host who was so sensitive to our needs (as we'd been through a difficult time as a family). Instructions were thorough. clear and helpful. Check in and check out was as flexible as possible. We also appreciated the bottle of bubbles as well as all the other basics like tea, coffee, etc. Martin's additional info on getting to & from our evening entertainment/venue was invaluable & beyond helpful. We had a great stay with our dog and enjoyed exploring the local area during Bluebell season. The property is modern and clean and Tina was a great host!

We came with a group of friends and a 2-year-old. The garden flat is stunning and surpasses the photos. Jane and Mark were so easy to communicate with and we really loved the small touches to make our check-in comfortable. They left a travel cot and some children’s books for our friend’s daughter. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The house is well equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely come back!

The Bowery is a gem! The house itself has everything you need, cosy, spotlessly clean and we loved the very welcoming touches with the delicious homemade preserves and prosecco. We had our 15 month old with us and the toys and baby equipment really made our stay so easy with him. The garden is a haven - we were fortunate to have amazing weather and made the most of sitting out (our little boy had a dream ready made playground!) listening to the church bells and saying hello to the cats. Lots of nearby walks directly from the house and a handy waitrose and small tesco too. The Bowery is a great base to further explore the beautiful south downs. Thank you!

The host was incredibly kind and welcoming—she truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She provided everything we could need for a nice breakfast, including decaf coffee, cpffe,tea,eggs, milk, and jam. The house was fully equipped, just like a real home, with all the dishes and utensils you’d need if you wanted to stay longer. The garden was so peaceful in natyre with birds chirping in the morning,it was such a beautiful way to wake up, surrounded by nature. The whole atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the host treated us more like friends than guests. Everything was just perfect.

I stayed at The Barn with my girlfriend, the property was exactly as described. It was clean and warm, the shower was absolutely great. Kitchen was stocked well to cook basic meals, Cath had stocked it with butter, milk, oil etc. which is lovely as we didn’t have to bring / buy these. The location is in the middle of a quiet village with a coffee shop, fish and chip shop, co-op , butchers and pubs all short walks away. We stayed here while driving to the south downs and brighton for days out but we could have spent the whole weekend relaxing in the village too. Cath was very communicative and let us check in early and check out late. 10/10 no complaints, highly recommend for an excellent price!

The biggest grumble I have is …. Why didn’t I book longer !!!! The place was stunning and it smelt amazing which is a big thing in my book!!!! My daughter even said “ do you think they would mind if we moved in…” great people, great place, great location! We will book again ❤️
