Shannon’s place was perfect for a weekend trip to Newport. The place was spacious for 3 people, very clean, and had plenty of clean towels and linens. The roof deck was very nice with beautiful views. We loved that the location was a short walk to anywhere we’d want to go in town. The only downside was the noise from the bar next door, but Shannon tried to accommodate for this by providing noise machines.

10/10 place to stay! The location is perfect and walkable to all areas of Newport! The place was spotless and exactly what we expected from the photos!

This was a perfect place to spend the weekend to celebrate a milestone birthday. The house is spacious, clean, well-appointed and in an excellent location. We walked to the restaurants where we dined. The gas fireplace was an added bonus during a raw March weekend. The five sisters highly recommend staying here.

Can’t go wrong with Newport Lofts - gorgeous, clean, comfortable, huge space - will be back!

Very clean, modern, nicely decorated and well appointed place. Thoughtful touches like white noise machines and fans in all the bedrooms and quality soaps and shampoo. Overall a great place in the heart of Newport!

Chris’ place is great. Right in the heart of Newport. Walkable to many great Newport attractions. The unit is modern, clean and had plenty of space for our family of 4. As others have mentioned, there is a bit of road noise due to the proximity to Thames Street. The sound machines help and it’s a worthwhile trade off to be so close to all that the Newport downtown has to offer.

A wonderful place to stay in Newport. What a fabulous location on Thames. Our favorite spot on the property was the 5th floor private rooftop outdoor lounge space, with plenty of seating and gorgeous views in all directions, including the Bay. This is a perfect walkable location to stay, plenty of restaurants and pubs and 1 street north of the harbor. We will definitely be back next Fall.

Kelly’s place was the perfect location for our weekend in Newport. Street parking was easy to find. The home is very comfortable and Kelly left us some nice treats and cold drinks I the refrigerator. Restaurants and shops are walking distance and a very nice bakery was just a block away for morning coffee and pastries. We highly recommend Kelly’s place!

Phil's place is ideally located in New Bedford for beautiful walks along the pier and throughout the downtown historic district. Close to great restaurants and coffee shops. The crows nest offers the best views of the downtown! Phil was very helpful and responsive. Easy to get checked in and out.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is absolutely amazing - walkable to everything (beach, shops, restaurants) but tucked away on a quieter street. The place had high ceilings and was more spacious than we had anticipated. Beautiful newly renovated bathroom. George was a great host, easy to communicate with and quick to resolve any problems we had! I would definitely recommend staying here.

We will absolutely stay again. Andrew was very responsive and easy to book with. The resort had everything you could want and was walkable to town. All staff members were very helpful and friendly throughout the weekend.

Place was larger than expected and it's a great location with lots to do close by!

We had a lovely stay at Charles’ place. The kitchen was well equipped, beds cozy and the hot tub so much fun. Charles’ place provided the perfect home away from home for my family. I loved being back in Bristol!! The house is centrally located to town which I also loved.

Excellent unit with great view of the harbor. The unit and the inn itself is very clean and smells very fresh. The rooftop deck gives an amazing view of the sunset over the harbor. There is adequate/free parking at the inn as well as at the sister resort across the street. Walking distance from great restaurants and shopping complexes. Gary was quickly responsive to all my questions and provided excellent details for check ins etc. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Andrew was great to work with. He was very responsive. I would rent from him again. The unit was really nice and in a great location! Beautiful views from the balcony. The furniture was modern and the unit was very private...only 2 units on the floor. *There were 3-5 of us at a time (depending on the night) staying there very comfortably for my daughter's wedding weekend. On the morning of my daughter's wedding, we had the girls getting ready there for a few hours. We had enough room to move around :) I hope to rent there again for a relaxing get away :)

Beautiful location right on the marina in downtown Newport! The place was wonderful and just steps from all of the restaurants and shops in Newport!

We are so pleased with our stay which has a beautiful water view! It was so nice to see all the activities and beautiful boats passing by. The condo was clean and spacious and the bed was so so comfortable! We were in the heart of the downtown and were able to walk to the many shops, restaurants and fun activities happening around us! So much to do! We absolutely loved our stay and will hope to book this again. Marc thank you for being a great host! Very easy to check in and accommodations were excellent! :)

Perfect location to Thames St. and very walkable to all the water front locations. Great parking, easy check in, beautiful views, lovely beds and bedding. Worth the price. Only disappointment was uncomfortable seating, but we dealt with it! Two thumbs up!

Very convenient in town location. Easy property for parking. Friendly and helpful staff.
