Whether you want to catch deer grazing in the yard while you drink your coffee, soak up the sun, or sleep late and catch the sunset from the porch, there’s something for everyone to enjoy from this beautiful property. Centrally located between Bristol (Casino and State Street), Johnson City (ETSU), and Kingsport (Eastman and Bay’s Mountain).

Perfect for 1-2 guests-but also enough room for up to 7. Large 34 ft RV. Sleeps up to 7 comfortably. NOTE: This camper is located on our approx 1 acre property at the end of our blacktop driveway- beside the home. It has a Queen Master Bedroom with slide out closet storage/TV. Bunkhouse w TV can sleep 4-5 easily. 2 Reclining/Heated/Massage chairs. Large dining seating area-Large TV/DVD Player. Full kitchen/ Microwave/Fridge-Freezer/Oven. Outdoor kitchen area is Not for Guest use. POOL 8am-10pm

Our mountain sanctuary

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Hoss’s Tiny House

The tiny house is located behind a big garage with a large gravel parking lot. It is very secluded and quaint away from the main road. The parking area is behind at the back porch on the tiny house were you can sit and enjoy peace and quiet. We are 1 mi from South Holston Lake. 2 mi from Creeper Trail, 6 mi Main Street Abingdon, 8 mi downtown Bristol, 10 mi Bristol Speedway. We have farm animals in the fields beside the tiny house that are very friendly. All the farm animals enjoy visitors.

The apartment is completely self-contained and there are 2 acres of woodland going to a small waterfall that the patio overlook. Private and peaceful with healing properties are often the terms used by guests to describe the farm. Come and see for yourself! Mountain Shack with friendly animals and a view!

Hey Y'all!, we are offering a small shack (which was scheduled to be a portion our Boy Barn). It's 10x12 feet, furnished with a daybed with two twin mattresses. There is a retro DVD TV, mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and hot plate. Up our driveway and behind our home, you have use of an outdoor half bath and internet access. Behind the shack you have a private bonfire, hammock deck, a composting toilet and a covered area with a clay grill in an outdoor cooking area.
