Perfectly located: 30 minutes from Providence, Newport & Fall River. 60 minutes from Boston. Less than 2 miles from many Bristol wedding venues. Walk to downtown restaurants & shops, one block to the waterfront. Within 1/2 mile of East Bay Bike Path and a 5 minute ride to Roger Williams University.

Lovely Private Setting, walk to beach.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

The location is easily walk-able to all restaurants, cafes, pubs, marina, and shopping. The apartment's location is 30 min. to both Newport and Providence, and an hour from Boston, and Cape Cod. The apartment is a one bedroom with a queen and a pull out full size sofa and it can accommodate up to 3 people; although the sleep sofa is NOT that comfortable.

You'll love this basement apartment in our home in the quiet neighborhood of Common Fence Point. Parking is available in the driveway outside your private entrance to the apartment. Full-size windows for fresh air and lots of natural light. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and the living room has a trundle bed which makes 2 twin beds. Occupancy per the town ordinance is 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12. There is a small beach and shoreline for your enjoyment.
