It honestly might be perfect… Serene setting with simple yet thoughtfully done aesthetics inside and out. Pretty much every detail has been considered from linens to utensils to lighting to landscaping. Very comfortable with lots of touches that match the beach setting. Cherelle and Ross seemed like great people to boot. Couldn’t have been happier with my stay.

A great location. Easy walk into Mt Eliza Village with lots of great shops, cafes and supermarkets. Very close to the beach and a short drive to Mornington. Easy access to the Mornington Peninsula. Washer and dryer were very handy. Very quiet complex

Janette was absolutely wonderful! She added so many touches to this beautiful home that made such a difference. There was plenty of coffee pods, tea bags, a litre of milk, a bottle of wine, boxes of tissues, laundry and kitchen items and a lovely welcome note on the table… just to mention a few things. The bed was extremely comfortable and the view was spectacular. The reverse cycle ironstone and gas fire were very welcome on some of the colder evenings. Thank you so much, Janette! You made our stay totally stress-free! We’ll be back next time we’re in Melbourne! Steve and Heather

Cosy, clean and quiet with beautiful views. Situated amongst nature and only a short drive to Healsville for groceries, boutique shopping and cafes. Stephen was accommodating and was happy to help us with local recommendations.

Absolutely beautiful place! Pictures don’t do it justice!! My friends and I stayed here, and were amazed by the amenities, the view and the overall look of the place. Suzie was very quick to respond to our messages, and gave us clear instructions with how to check-in! :) Couldn’t recommend this place enough, wish we could’ve stayed longer 😊

Beach18 was a fabulous house for our family weekend away. Spacious, comfortable living area, comfy beds,good kitchen, excellent outdoor BBQ and dining area, and lovely garden with a cubby house for our grandson. A really great find close to lots of attractions on the Mornington Peninsula. Ash and Jason were quick to respond to all messages and generously allowed us an early check in and late check out. Would recommend hughly

It was a really nice experience of Airbnb. It is located at 32 floor. The view was gorgeous. The house is clean and spacious. The only problem would be the bathroom in the master room. My dad was locked inside for 10 minutes cuz the locker doesn’t work for some reasons. Anyway, it was an amazing stay with my family. :)

Feel at home while away from home

Our stay was exactly what we needed, close to our family and private to relax before a graduation ceremony and concert performance by our son. Cooking was a highlight to retain a sense of belonging after an intense travel experience from the other side of Australia. Beautiful place to stay. The cottage was perfect for our group and had everything we needed. The local area had so much going on and Julie’s recommendations of things to do I. The area were stunning and kept us busy. Highly recommend - and would stay again!

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Jodie‘s incredible Airbnb, and it is hands down one of the best properties I’ve stayed in. From the moment I booked the place, communication was seamless. Jodie was incredibly responsive, to any question and providing helpful tips about the area. The house itself was so spacious even more beautiful than the photos. It was absolutely spotless, cozy and thoughtfully designed, with all the little details that made it feel like home away from home. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked, and the bathrooms had all the amenities we could possibly need. I was also really impressed with the high-quality linens and toiletries. It is really clear the host cares about their guest’s comfort. Location was great too, tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to all the local attractions. An oasis to unwind for a group of Mums who desperately needed some time out!!
