The very well equipped kitchen has everything you'll need. The extending dining table seats 8. The bedroom has exposed beams, a reclaimed pine floor, ash staircase and by all accounts nice, comfy beds. fast wifi is included. The small private garden is just for you. The location is rural, peaceful, safe and quiet.

Perfect for couples , a travel cot is available for a small child. 8 miles east of the beautiful historic city of Norwich with easy access to the famous Norfolk-broads as well as the lovely beaches of the East and North Norfolk coasts. A wonderful area for sailing , canoeing ,walking and bird watching. Two coarse/carp fishing lakes within walking distance.
