The accommodation is attached to our house but self-contained, comprising sitting room with fold down table & chairs for dining, kitchenette, shower room & bedroom. Private entrance via french doors overlooking the garden & parking on drive. Basic essentials provided. Milk, cereal & pastries for each day & a home made treat on arrival. When you arrive the property will have been empty for 24 hours & will have been fully cleaned & disinfected following the previous guests departure,

The annexe is situated in the quiet and rural village of Colton, 8.6 miles from the centre of Norwich. A comfortable 1 bedroom annexe for your sole use. Set within the Broads National Park, Martham is only 3.5 miles to the coast. We are walking distance to local amenities. Canoe and day boat hire are available in the village, to explore the Broads. Nature trails, marsh and river walks too. Only 15 miles to the beautifully historic city of Norwich and 8 to Great Yarmouth.

Diggens Farm Annexe

The Annexe at Diggens Farmhouse is a newly renovated space with fully fitted kitchen, modern bathroom and comfortable double bedroom. There is private parking and we offer a welcome pack of bread, butter and milk plus tea and coffee making facilities and WIFI. Aylsham is midway between Norwich and Cromer and 10 miles from the Broads and close to Blickling Hall. We are 10 minutes walk from Aylsham Town Centre and 5 minutes from M&S Simply Food. 2 night minimum stay.

Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

The Bakery Annex @ Sweetbriar Cottage - a charming, calm and cosy rural haven; pleasant for a holiday break at any time of the year. Set in 2 acres on the southern edge of the village of Tittleshall, surrounded by farmland, with views across the Nar Valley. There are many pleasant local footpaths, walks and lanes to cycle on the doorstep; with the nearest coastal town of Wells-next-the-sea and the expansive North Norfolk coast just 25 minutes drive away.
