We are situated 3 miles from the historic town of Bradford - on - Avon and 9 miles from the historic city of Bath. The farm neighbours the National Trust moated Manor of Great Chalfield, within walking distance and plenty of footpaths to explore.Local pub in the village provides good food and a nice beer garden.The Granary is perfect for a summer or warm,cosy winter break.

Well placed for hiding away; off the road, countryside on doorstep, well stocked local shop opposite, 2 great pubs nearby, many wonderful towns and National Trust sites nearby. The private sun trap garden has Bramblecrest outdoor furniture. Cosy up on the comfy sofa in the lounge and watch movies on the 49” Smart TV or have a lie in and watch the 32 “ Smart TV in the bedroom. Access to an EV charger by arrangement.

Jeannie's Cottage

Nestled between historic Lacock and Georgian Bath, Jeannie's Cottage is located on Church Walk close to Melksham's town centre. This pretty street is one of Melksham's hidden gems, regularly winning prizes in ‘Melksham in Bloom’ contests. It is steeped in history and part of the town's conservation area. Dating from the late 18th Century, Jeannie's Cottage is Grade II listed and affords two storeys, two bedroom accommodation and has the benefit of an enclosed rear walled courtyard garden.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

The Shed at Norbin Barton

Recently built, architect-designed conversion The Shed is perfect for exploring and relaxing. Light, spacious with beautiful decor, the stunning property is set in open countryside with great views. 5 miles from Bath, it's well located for visiting some of the UK's most beautiful places. Quiet and peaceful, birdsong is the only noise you're likely to hear as you unwind. For the active, there is a tennis court outside, many walking and cycling routes and a golf course within 1/2 mile.

This is a self-contained 'guest wing' as an annex to our own home with one double bedroom (king-size bed), open plan sitting room and dining area, bathroom 'wet room', full kitchen and balcony overlooking the garden. You have your own private entrance with lockbox for the key but we are just next door if you need to ask us any advice or need to borrow any further amenities.
