Il parcheggio pubblico è a 100 metri dalla proprietà (centro storico del paese, traffico limitato): necessario salire circa 80 scalini per accedere alla proprietà. NO aria condizionata.

Welcome to our villa near Lake Como, nestled in the charming city of Valbrona, celebrated for biking, climbing, hiking and much more. Our apartment has a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains. The apartment features a spacious 70-square-meter private terrace overlooking the lake. Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).

My accommodation is near town centre, in a very quiet location. It is 15 minutes far by car from Como centre and 20 minutes by car from the amazing Bellagio. There are a lot of walks into the wild and outstanding beaches on the lake. You’ll like this apartment because of its privacy and its breathtaking view. It’s suitable for all people, like couples, lonely people, families (with children) and pet friends!

The apartment is located in Brunate, a small village on the hill, close to the city of Como, in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. KIND NOTE: due to italian laws I kindly need all the guests to provide me a with valid ID (i.e identity card/passport) and pay CASH CITY TAX of €3 per night per person, not included into the price.
