Recently converted from barns the Garden Cottage is close to The Norfolk Broads, Norwich and the North Norfolk Coast. You’ll love our cottage because of its quiet rural location and of course the hot tub. The cottage is great for couples who just want to relax or as a base to visit the area. Babies are welcome, we can provide a travel cot and high chair at no extra cost. Flint is 3.7 miles from the sea on a quiet country lane with far reaching rural views. Our 2 story annexe is attached to the far end of our 1795 flint cottage. Private, peaceful, characterful & cosy with all the modern fixtures for short/long stay. A comfortable super king bed or made up as twin single beds. Suitable for babies and I have a child camp bed. Fully equipped kitchen great for home cooking. Open plan kitchen/living room, doors opening out to private patio, spacious free parking.

Newly renovated throughout and close to bars, restaurants, theatre, amusement arcades, Gorleston High St (>1 mile), Great Yarmouth (4 miles) and Norwich (20 miles).
