Beyond the Gates is a recently converted barn offering luxury accommodation in an idyllic semi-rural location just 5 miles from Norwich. Howard’s End

Howard’s End is a self contained single storey annexe with ample parking. It adjoins my home which was originally an Edwardian wheat store. Perfect for couples , a travel cot is available for a small child. 8 miles east of the beautiful historic city of Norwich with easy access to the famous Norfolk-broads as well as the lovely beaches of the East and North Norfolk coasts. A wonderful area for sailing , canoeing ,walking and bird watching. Two coarse/carp fishing lakes within walking distance.

The living area has a futon, well equipped kitchen with counter top oven and hob,fridge, smart tv and fast Wifi There is also a breakfast area where you can sit and eat and have an amazing vantage point over the fields and beyond. ( binoculars are provided too) The contemporary bathroom has a shower cabin, basin vanity unit, wc, heated towel rail. Hot and cold running water.

A bedroom that sleeps two in a super king bed with French doors overlooking fields. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
