Beauty, quality, tranquility. You cannot do this home justice in an advert - visiting is a MUST! This is the most beautiful, well thought out, quality, relaxing Airbnb we have ever had the privilege to visit. Total relaxation from the moment we crossed the threshold. Ally & Pete were amazing from start to finish, great hosts for whom nothing was too much trouble. Great family atmosphere whilst being fully appreciative of your space. Again, perfect. The location is absolutely on point, in a beautiful neighbourhood and only a 3 minute walk from a gorgeous nature reserve and a beach which is unspoilt and out of this world. Already we have committed to returning, this retreat is soo good so we simply have to go back and stay for longer. If you are considering booking this as a place for your next break, stop thinking and get it booked - you won’t regret it I promise!! Thanks to Pete & Ally for being amazing. We had a lovely 2-night stay over Easter. The house was beautifully presented, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. It felt like a true home away from home. Would happily stay again and recommend to others!

The house was near a park, bbq area, skate park and beach that held entertainment for children and adults. It was a beautiful, quiet area and felt peaceful especially after busy days. Pets are made to feel extremely welcome and there is room for all members of the family.

Beautiful location, very low key. the house was beautiful and welcoming. Low set house which was perfect for mobility issues as there wasn’t very many stairs and loved the games closet and the lawns were perfect for playing outdoor games with the kids. Celebrated my son and mother’s birthday and it was perfect holiday for beach and rock lovers. to come back and watch the sunset and have family dinner out on the veranda looking out at the water was amazing. 10/10 and the little shops down the road had everything we needed and good food.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Smiley's Beach House. It's a beautiful home in a lovely location. The place was modern but also had a homely atmosphere. We felt very comfortable there. It's so close to the ocean, you can see the sea from the front outdoor area.

A perfect, hassle free place to stay with friends and family. The direct access to the beach is a big bonus :)!

Jill has an absolutely beautiful house with a great sized grassy yard for the kids to play, plus a ping pong table. Was brilliant sitting on the deck enjoying beautiful sea views and breezes. It’s a very short walk to the beach where we spent a lot of time swimming and fishing! Also the pub is close by for a coldie or 2! We loved every minute!!

This place was a last minute booking for the family and was an absolute gem! Loved the location right on the beach and the house itself was just stunning, still can’t get over it! If I go up again it’s definitely somewhere I would book again. Loved the cleanliness and the modernness of the house! Everything about it was just perfect 🤩

We had a truly wonderful family holiday at Burrum Heads. Adam was an excellent host, making sure we had everything we needed, and even though he lives on the property, we barely knew he was there. We hosted a large family Christmas lunch on the large covered deck with ease. The sea breezes kept the place us cool all day. The kitchen was perfectly adequate for preparing all the food. Within walking distance of everything, we recommend this lovely, character home to anyone seeking an authentic, coastal holiday in Queensland.
