The tiny home is equipped with all modern fixtures + full kitchen/bathroom. We have a private bedroom with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This means no smoking anywhere.. Pets are allowed ( dogs) if meet guidelines listed in "other details". The Ranch Guest House is a private adobe home positioned on a working ranch in the beautiful Texas hill country. Just a couple miles outside of Burnet we’re close enough to make a quick trip to town and just far enough away to enjoy the peaceful countryside. The Guest House is located on a small hilltop overlooking cattle grazing land giving us amazing sunrises and sunsets to enjoy as well as plenty of wildlife. If you’re looking for quietness, serenity and relaxation, this is the place. 1.5 hour drive from central Austin. Walk right into the water from the back yard - bring your kayaks! Sit on the porch and watch the wildlife - bring your camera. Neighborhood is great for walking or cycling. Since 1972, family memories have been made here.

The Cozy Lake Cabin is located on the peaceful interior of a peninsula with lake access only a short 100 yard walk from your cabin. Complete with Boat launch . You may beach your boat . Great swimming and fishing off the bank. Enjoy large fire pit by the water . Sleeps 2-4 and is fully contained . You can sit and enjoy the porch swing or light your fire pit. The swimming pool never closes. We rent another cabin and RV so it is possibly shared .

Quiet lakefront home on Colorado arm of Lake LBJ. The property has 100 feet of lake frontage with another 100 feet on the adjacent community park. Best fishing on the lake. Canoe (1) and kayaks (three touring/fishing and one whitewater) included in rental. Nearby attractions include Longhorn Caverns, Inks Lake State Park, National Fish Hatchery, wineries, and restaurants in nearby towns of Marble Falls and Kingsland.
