Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Located in South Somerset and easily accessed from the A303, Charlton Musgrove is on the borders of Dorset and Wiltshire, and only 5 minutes away from Wincanton and its race course. The annex is self contained with its own parking, front door living/bedroom area, kitchen and shower room/toilet. A few strides from the friendly local pub The Annex provides an ideal base or stop off point for exploring all that the South West has to offer, which includes many local walks and places of interest.

Perfect stopover location for those travelling to the West Country or attending events at the many local venues. We are ideal for those needing accommodation for work. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.
