Birdsong Villa - Figtrees on Watson

Birdsong Villa (at Figtrees on Watson) is a purpose architect designed fully self contained cottage for use by our short stay guests. It is on the same property as our very popular Betharam Villa (see Figtrees on Watson listing for photos and information about this beautiful property). The villa has been designed to be wheelchair friendly with wide door opening and minimal door sills. The villa was completed in early 2021 and had been finished and furnished to a high standard.

PLEASE NOTE: A house is going to be built next door so the daily rate has been reduced. Weekends not affected. This studio is an open plan, industrial style guest house situated in front of the property as a separate dwelling with its own private entry. Tropical surrounds create a lovely ambiance & our beach is within walking distance. Peregian Beach village is 4 min drive to cafes, boutique shops & patrolled surf beach. Noosa 10 mins. Bus stop within walking distance.

Private Oasis

This 1 bedroom apartment has everything you will need. Rest and relax around the pool and then walk to the Thai restaurant for dinner. Your location is only 5 minutes drive to shopping at the Sunshine Plaza and Maroochydore, Mooloolaba beaches are close by as well (5-7km). Buderim Waterfalls are a 10 minute walk and other attractions like Australia Zoo, Sea life Mooloolaba, Ginger Factory, TreeTop challenge -Big Pineapple are within a 30 minute drive.
