Great location, clean, tidy.

Все було чудово. Чудова квартира, доволі зручна, чиста і приємна постіль, достатньо рушників, посуду. На наше здивування був пляжний зонт, два стільця та маска для плавання. Чудовий господар який завжди на зв’язку.

Larissa was waiting for us for the check in. Even we were a bit late she has waited for us. Location is great. 5 minutes (walking) to the Queen‘s beach and few more minutes to the King‘s beach. Also, one super market is 100m from the apartment. Apartment is very nice. We were 3 adults and 2 kids and we had enough space. Towels and sunshades for the beach are available in the apartment. Thank you Larissa for this. Also, the big terrace is a very nice place to spend the evening. You can sit anytime outside on the terrace and you will enjoy the shadow under the big fig trees. And there are air conditioners in EVERY room. One huge plus point is the parking spot in a garage. We had to pay additionally for it but it definitely worth it. It is not easy to find a place to park the car and since it was hot, it was really good idea to park the car in a closed garage hidden from the sun. We will come again :)

Smeštaj je idealan za one koji žele mir, a da je ujedno sve dostupno u blizini kada žele u izlazak. Po meni jedna od najlepših plaža u Crnoj Gori je na 7 minuta laganog hoda. Domaćini su ljubazni, a ono što je napisano da dobijate, to i dobijete.

Ivana place was absolutely amazing, probably one of the best Air b and b we have stayed in over past 8 years. Was spotless and had all the amenities you would ever need and not to mention the beautiful view from the balcony it was amazing. Ivana was the most responsive host we have dealt with and was always there to help and advise so thanks. On our trip we had mixed weather so it was always nice to spend some time in the apartment which was very homely. Also loved that there were 5 beaches within 15 min walking distance and especially Queens Beach. Overall a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it

Good place to stay, being managed well. They were always responsive in getting things done. Unfortunately the pool was out of service as it was already October but otherwise great place to stay !

Amazing apartments! Gorgeous sea view. Fully furnished, all new appliances, everything thought out to the smallest detail. From coffee capsules to a silent washing machine with dryer and candles for dinner. Jacuzzi on the balcony is just delight! Supermarket 600 m from the apartment complex. Close to the sea, accessible transport to Budva. Highly recommended!

Very beautiful atmosphere from the balcony. In the middle of the old town very convenient. Paulina was so kind to leave water, cookies and stuff at our arrival. Definetly would suggest

Super nice villa on the hill above Budva. Great view of the city. Reachable by car or taxi, doable. Great pool (with lights for in the evening), bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Everything is clean and nice. Would definitely recommend! The host Marija is wonderful and they have arranged airports transfers very good. 10/10 would recommend.

Elenas place was remarkable with great views and great surroundings. The stay was great and Elena was very quick to respond to every query, the pool and gardens were very relaxing. The villa is accessible to everything by car, good selections of restaurants, bars and shops and beaches all within 5 mins drive. Can’t fault it

I loved my week's stay here. The house contained everything I needed and felt like a home from home. The view straight out to the sea is stunning and the location is ideal. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes plus a great supermarket within a few mins walking distance. Tijana couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. A superb host!

Świetna lokalizacja dla osób chcących wypocząć z dala od zgiełku miasta i tłumu; wyposażanie domu bogatsze niż w ogłoszeniu; ogród, liczba tarasów, miejsca do spędzania czasu na zewnątrz, cień które dawały drzewa, bardzo wyróżnia ten dom od innych. Sprzęt nie jest najnoweszej generacji, ale wszystko jest (pralka, zmywarka, opiekacz kanapek, grill, mikrofala, kuchnia do gotowania, piekarnik) i wszystko działa. Pościel jest przyjemna, pachnąca. Niekoncząca się ilość ręczników. Samochód parkuje się w zacienionym miejscu. Widok na góry, na morze i roślinność w ogrodzie daje ukojenie. Blisko do restauracji jesli nie ma sie ochoty na gotowanie i do małego skepiku spożywczego, bardzo dobrze zaopatrzonego. Doskonałe wsparcie gospodarza. Bylismy w 2 rodziny z dziecmi. Doskonały dom na spedzanie czasu razem i osobno od dzieci. Dorosli na gorze, dzieci na dole. Basen 12m długosci przerósł nasze oczekiwania Jesli miałabym wrócic do Czarnogóry, to tylko do French House. Dziekujemy

We had a lovely time at Marko’s place. It’s totally worth it. The only problem is the narrow road leading to home but it is easy to get used to it ;)

L'appartement de Branislav est très sympathique, avec un vu sur la mer très agréable. la plage est à quelques minutes à pied et c'est une très belle plage dans un endroit atypique lié à l'histoire du Monténégro. l'appartement est très propre, l'arrivée autonome c'est parfaitement déroulé avec des instructions très claire. The apartment was great and exactly as described. Saly and her husband were both extremely friendly and greeted me upon arrival. The supermarket is very close and a taxi to the old town only costs a few euros. Overall the stay there was really nice and I would highly recommend.

It was a good apartment, comfortable, and looks stylish. The apartment had everything you need. Check-in and check-out were easy. It's located on a hill, so walking or with a stroller might be inconvenient. It's better if you have a car. There was always a free parking space in front of the house. There is a small shop nearby. You need to get to the supermarket by taxi or car.

Diese außergewöhnliche Unterkunft von Marvin bietet eine luxuriöse Ausstattung, die die Erwartungen bei weitem übertrifft – insbesondere was den Panorama-Blick betrifft. Auch der Blick auf das majestätische Lovćen-Gebirge ist beeindruckend. Die perfekte Lage eröffnet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Meer und die Bucht. Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es viel zu genießen: Ein wunderschöner Swimmingpool sowie ein Spa-Bereich mit Sauna, Hamam und Jacuzzi laden zum Entspannen ein. Der gut ausgestattete Fitnessraum rundet das Angebot ab. Aufgrund der steilen Topographie empfiehlt es sich, ein Fahrzeug zu mieten. Das freundliche Personal der Anlage steht bei allen Anliegen gerne zur Seite. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Bardzo fajne miejsce, w 100% zgodne z opisem, gospodarz bardzo dba o klientów, odpowiedzi na wiadomości i pytania dot. różnych kwestii w tempie expresowym o różnych porach dnia, a transport jaki można zamówić w dobrych cenach i od ręki w różne miejsca. Bardzo polecam na mile spędzony czas w przepięknej Czarnogórze.

This Budva room from Sladjana is in an excellent location. It really is only about 50 meters from the Sea, with a beautiful 4th floor view, and private parking. There is an elevator to get to that 4th floor. The room is clean, smells great, has a clothes washer, microwave, refrigerator, espresso maker, great AC, and 2 queen beds. In a word, "elegance". It really is excellent and I would recommend it to friends and family.

Great host! Sanja was so helpful and very communicative. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend a stay here. The apartment was well equipped and immaculate. Thank you so much for having us. A car is a must with young children though. It is on a very steep hill.

Ksenija was very, very hospitable! She provided us a warm welcome and was willing to help us immediately and to answer our questions. The space was great! It is next to a Hypermarket, which was very practical. It had nice views, too. It felt private.
