Downtown, bus stations, restaurants, and theaters are all a few blocks away. You will be able to walk to Puerto Madero , Downtown and Recoleta. Also Buses and metro stations a few blocks away. It has its own generator set. Apartment is really quiet.

The jacuzzi is unavailable from Apr through Oct. It does not have its own heater although it can be filled with hot water, cools down very quickly during winter.
