It lies approximately 15 minutes drive from the rural village of Dayboro, or 20 minutes from Samford Village and 45 min from Brisbane and Brisbane Airport. Fig Tree Cottage is surrounded by 52 acres of native bushland abundant with native birdlife, walking trails , landscaped gardens, dam, a creek and swimming hole when flowing. Enjoy a relaxing stay in the stunning bayside suburb of Shorncliffe, 17 kms north of Brisbane CBD. The ‘Sunday Sleep-Inn’ is a spacious self-contained studio situated on the ground floor of our renovated Queenslander home. We keep the door locked between the studio and the house and there are no shared areas. There is private external access and ample street parking. Surrounded by natural beauty, with parks and waterways on our doorstep and a 10 min. walk to Shorncliffe train station.

Unit is located behind our house. Own entrance, off street parking. A 2 minute walk to Shops (Coles +), restaurants and hotel. A bus stop, which can take you to Chermside (shops or more buses) or Strathpine shops and railway station or the City. A 15 minute drive to major shopping centres and hospitals. 40 minutes to city. 2 hours Gold Coast and 1.5 hours to Sunshine coast. The unit is only suitable for 1 or 2 guests. I am sorry but I cannot accommodate infants/children or pets.
