We really enjoyed our visit. The space was clean, conveniently located, and perfect for a guy’s fishing trip. We really liked having the ice machine and the deep chest freezer to store our catches. Courtney was very responsive and we would definitely stay here again.

Hi Sandra: I was so impressed with the stay there. We cooked beef filets on the charcoal grill. The sunset was incredible. I flew my drone down the cut and over the trees in the bay. It was a great reset for me. I am refreshed. Thanks for everything. I will bring my five daughters and my son this spring or fall. Oscar

My favorite part of this property was it is set back from the highway so my kids could play without fear of them running into the street.

First trip to Venice and couldn’t have picked a better place. Neal was super quick to respond and advised us of the dock work going on. Wasn’t an issue for us and looked like they should be finished soon. Our guide picked us up off the back deck, very nice. Back deck faces east which gives sunrise view and shade in afternoon - big plus in summer I’m sure. It’s all as advertised, we’ll be back in the fall.
