Riverside Cabin on 33 acres

Enjoy your peaceful mountain escape on our 33 acres. We have over a half mile of hatchery supported trout streams to fish (with a stocking point on the property), swimming holes, and private trails located directly on the property. Or with just a 2 minute drive up the road you can be in the South Mountains state park to take some local hikes to some awesome places like the watershed lake. You can also find catch and release and wild trout waters inside the park. Feel free to message.

Located on our small farm in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, we are a perfect launching point for adventure. Lake James and the Linville Gorge are only 20 minutes away, Asheville 45 minutes, and Charlotte only an hour. Explore countless waterfalls, miles of trails, or kayak our beautiful rivers during the day, and relax in the hot tub and shoot pool in the evening.

Trails End/Dog Friendly

Secluded cabin tucked back in a hollow of WNC. Small creek trickles down the middle of the property. Access the Over Mountain Victory Trail from the property. Walk the trail to Fonta Flora Brewing (1.3 Miles). A short drive to the Fonta Flora Trail and the Linville Gorge via 105. A great place to come hike and bike! Close to Morganton, Marion, Old Fort, Black Mountain, Asheville and Boone. Unfortunately, our property does not have adequate space for you to bring your own boat.

Come escape to beautiful views of the mountains to a relaxing/secluded hideaway in the woods to unwind with nature/star gazing. We are nestled at the bottom of 105/Linville Gorge where you can swim/hike/mountain bike. We are 1 1/2miles to Fonta Flora brewery and 4 miles to Paddys Creek State Park. We have access to Fonta Flora Trail to the brewery Morganton/Marion have lots of great restaurants. We are a 1hr drive to Asheville/Boone. No boats/need 4wd!

Attacoa Trace- Primitive Cabin

Secluded primitive cabin overlooking pond with fishing dock. Close to Linville Gorge and the Fonta Flora State Trail as well as craft breweries. After a day of hiking or mountain biking, relax on the front porch swing in the serenity of the night air. It's the perfect spot for stargazing. The cabin is surrounded by mature hard wood trees making it perfect for birding or spotting wildlife. Fish in the pond or take a ride in the John boat. Enjoy nature!
