There is ample off-road parking in our driveway, a separate guest entrance to the cottage, and a communal guest dining room for breakfast. We have a large ground floor double room & en-suite available with King size bed in our modern home. There is a walk in wardrobe with fridge, smart tv and WIFI . A breakfast of cereal, yogurts, fruit, juices etc. Tea coffee making facilities. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood with off road parking. A five minute walk from the train station with links to Poole, Bournemouth, Dorchester and Weymouth. A easy 15 minute walk to Wareham town with quay side pubs , cafés and restaurants.

The Deer room; a Cosy Hide, in Burley, New Forest

The Deer room is situated in the roof space above our carport in the garden of our cottage in Burley, New Forest National Park. The double room with ensuite shower is private and peaceful. There will be tea and coffee making facilities in the room (along with a packet of biscuits), and water and milk in the fridge. The village of Burley is just a 10 min walk and has lots of tea rooms and small cafes serving coffee and croissants or the full English breakfast if you wish.

We are 1 mile from Center Parcs and 2 miles from Longleat, easy access to Salisbury, Bath & Frome. Breakfast includes croissants jams cereals juices etc. A kitchenette, TV DVDs books games BBQ and use of the front garden. Please note we have a Labrador dog.
