Located in the beautiful coastal village of Lake Conjola you will find The Boardwalk, comfortably furnished and styled in modern beachy themes. Large rear deck with outdoor kitchen, LCD TV, unique glass topped canoe table with seating and a great day bed. Follow our boardwalk to The Pavilion which has another large table & chairs situated just above the water line in our backyard, it's a very relaxing spot for the morning cuppa or the afternoon glass or 2 while you watch the kids throw in a line

Original beach holiday cottage overlooking beautiful Burrill Lake Brand new kitchen and bathroom, two bedrooms and a lovely sunroom with front and back verandahs. Very large and private backyard A few steps to bakery and best fish and chip shop on the south coast means no cooking required although full kitchen and BBQ at your home if required The lake is great for swimming, SUP boarding, boating and fishing (boat ramp nearby) and a 5 min walk to pristine Burrill Beach. Our holiday home is close by to the waterfront reserve, approx. 60 metres from the beautiful coastal waterways of Lake Conjola & just a short stroll to a boardwalk which leads onto pristine Conjola Beach. Our stylish cottage would appeal to couples looking for a tranquil & relaxing weekend getaway, spending quality time or catching up with good friends, ideal for a family getaway.

Our holiday home has a new kitchen and bathroom as well as new carpets and flooring. It has a large flat, fully enclosed front and backyard with plenty of off street car, boat and caravan parking This property consists of three bedrooms with possibility of sleeping 8 guests. Property also offers front and rear undercover patios. Toys, books and high chair available on request. The outdoor laundry has a second fridge, bath/shower and an outside toilet. There are 2 bikes a kayak and canoe for use.

Fabulous location all year round, a 1-2 minute ocean front walk to Garden Bay, a 5 minute walk to the popular Three66 café plus enjoy all that the south coast has to offer. Watch the whales from the front deck as they migrate north in the cooler months, and south with their calves as it starts to warm up towards summer.

I am not able to welcome or host PETS as there is no fencing, with sensitive ocean reserve public land adjoining.
