ATTENTION: Our home is over 3500 square feet located on a 21 acre parcel. If you are looking for a quiet, private location, this is it! The home is nestled in the back of a pasture flanked by wooded areas on both sides and a barn located near the front entrance. The property includes plenty of outdoor parking. Hard to justify with any one photo. The property is spacious and includes an attached indoor heated pool and Pickle Ball/Sport court. A charming, picturesque place for all to enjoy.

A front porch lined with white rocking chairs will host your summer evenings as you watch the sun set over the pond and fireflies dance around the moonlight Winter evenings are warmed up with a central fireplace. Share meals and game nights around the family sized dining table. Historic Saxonburg is a 10 minute drive and boasts antique shops, coffee shop and bakery! Butler-Freeport Trail is within 5 miles and offers a scenic background for hiking and biking on converted railroad corridors.

We offer a spacious and comfy entire first floor home with many amenities to accommodate large families. We are located walking distance to downtown Grove City and Grove City College. There is a fenced in back yard with new lawn furniture, a grill, and fire pit for your enjoyment. We are a short drive to GC Premium Outlets, I-79, and I-80. Our goal is to make this your home away from home and as comfortable as Grandma’s House. There is a separate upstairs 3bdrm unit available also if needed.

Moraine state park & McConnells Mills state park 30 minute drive. Downtown Pittsburgh or Grove City Outlets within 40 minutes.

“Retreat On The Farm” Visiting for a wedding, family reunion or a relaxing getaway! Visit Western PA for the NFL DRAFT DAYS, short drive from the city. Beautiful views regardless of the season. Spring is the perfect season to enjoy the serene environment of the retreat. The view of the farm fields and valley are coming alive! Relax in the hottub and an occasional siting of a soaring eagle is quite possible. Our newly remodeled home is located at the top corner of our ‘working’ farm.

Perfect for GCC parents to visit your kids and host events. Take it easy at this tranquil getaway on the east side of town. This home is located in a great neighborhood to walk less than a mile from GCC campus. This is a duplex and you will have the entire main floor of the house to yourself! No shared space. There is a back porch, fire pit and room to rest. The tenant upstairs travels for work and is only there occasionally. If you would like to know if she will be home, just ask.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The living room offers an electric fireplace and cozy furnishings. If you're looking for a peaceful place in the country this is it.a seperate carriage house at the far end of 15 acres with walking trails through the woods or sit on the deck & read a book. Visit the barn to see the horses or watch our 3 black labs play in the field. A few minutes drive is moraine state park rent a bike or kayak on the lake. McConnells mills is close by to hike or have a picnic. 20 minutes to the outlets for shopping.

One mile from Grove City College and 6 miles from Grove City outlets. This spacious home is on the outskirts of town with a quiet backyard and fire pit with firewood provided!! Includes a fully stocked eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher and coffee bar. Comfortable living room area for relaxing and debriefing after college visits! WiFi is available and a there is a smart TV in the living room. Equipped with a washer and dryer as well!
