Its remote location, 6 minutes drive above the town of Oregon House, is an ideal spot for a getaway. With the entire apartment to yourself it can be a perfect retreat, a romantic weekend, or a quiet work/study space. A place to relax, meditate, read and feel a world away from everyday concerns. No same day reservations accepted.

If your coming up to fish, the Lake and river are close by and you can park your boat on the gated property. The owners live on the property, but are not on top of you. Also Charlie the dog lives on this property, he is very social. Overlook the town of Oroville with a beautiful view and the Buttes. Minutes from the Hospital and the Gold Country Casino Resort. Several hiking trails nearby.

Experience our new FULLY REMODELED 9th St. Cottage! The Cottage includes a fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, Smart TV with streaming apps, wifi and a complete indoor laundry set up for longer stays. You will have the entire house to yourself with a backyard oasis and outdoor game area and fire pit seating. Close to Bidwell Park, amazing restaurants and easy access to the freeway this is the perfect place to stay! This is a DRUG AND SMOKE FREE zone. $500 will be charged for non-compliance.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located on a quiet street in the rebuilding town of Paradise. Enjoy an open 3 bedroom home with a cabin style decor. Relax in the evenings around the dining table on the front patio with a pretty treescape view. In the winter curl upon the couch in the living room enjoying the fireplace. I guarantee you will quickly feel right at home. Our local marina, Lime Saddle, has boat, kayak and paddle board rentals for a day on the lake.

Historic Home in Downtown for a Couple or Group

In the heart of historic downtown Oroville, Judge Gray's home (est. 1875), offers four suites (each w/ private bathroom and shower), kitchen, dining room, parlor, office & laundry. A couple or group of eight adults (no children) can enjoy the house while exploring the beauty and history of Butte County. One suite per guest (two guests maximum per suite.) Unbooked suites will be locked to keep the cleaning fee affordable for smaller groups.

“Little Havana” Studio in Downtown Chico

Turn of the century building in downtown Chico, Ca features an UPSTAIRS studio apartment (no elevator) with a fully adjustable Queen size bed. Complimentary parking is available for long term stays. Centrally located in downtown, this studio is a two to five minute walk to restaurants, night life and shopping and Chico State University. Bidwell Park, Sierra Nevada Brewery, Enloe Hospital and more are just minutes away by car.

We are located on the edge of college town, about a mile from downtown, and close to iconic Chico locations (Bidwell Park, Bidwell Mansion, various music and theater venues, local dining and coffee shops, and more). Excellent hiking, biking, bird watching; outstanding dining and shopping; world class university; music and theater; all nearby.

Bedroom is spacious with a comfortable queen size bed. Large closet in bedroom and reading lamp. WiFi and flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player and Netflix.

Our cute studio sleeps up to 4 and is just steps from Bidwell park and downtown Chico. Private entrance, alley parking.
