We are walking distance to several of the finest Microbreweries in Colorado. The apartment has a separate, private entrance, and large 4' high windows in every room. I reside on the premises. Guests enter through the front door of the house. Just a few steps down to the garden level is a private space with plenty of natural light and convenient amenities like laundry, kitchenette, 3/4 bath. There’s no TV but good but good WiFi and a gas fireplace. It’s in a quiet neighborhood about 3.5 mi. to Old Town Fort Collins and 4.5 to CSU. I will be there to greet you and show you the space on arrival so please let me know an ETA between 5-9PM

Unique large studio on garden level with wood burning stove. The wood burning stove faces the comfortable queen bed. Cozy loveseat with ottoman, full of blankets, in front of a smart TV. Enter your account details to be able to watch it. It has a 3/4 bathroom (stand up shower) with all linens provided. Work desk and chair. Dining table for two next to the kitchen. Coffee and tea are provided. Long stays encouraged, dates are only blocked for possible long-term renters.

This is a space efficient, stand-alone unit suitable for a maximum of two guests. One driveway parking space is provided. The owner has 2 dogs that will bark as you come and go from the apartment. The owner lives next door and is happy to help with activity planning and trip suggestions.
