This apartment (three steps at entrance), is attached to our home; it has a warm and cozy living room with a kitchenette only, a large bathroom with two separate bedrooms; lots of storage, in the country, just a few minutes from Murray (and Murray State University). You are within an hour of the “Land between the Lakes” area. Area brochures available. You have a private patio, table, grill, Wi-fi, tv, games , children’s playground, and gazebo! NO PETS, ALLOWED! We have 2 playful Labs!

We live upstairs but your space is a separate "In-Law Suit". -private entrance -kitchen -coffee station -full bathroom -washer & dryer -large TV (Netflix Hulu YouTube - with your subscriptions)! You will hear us as we move from room to room upstairs. DO NOT book if traveling with an infant, 2 or younger as unit is not baby proofed .

Parking for boats w outside 110 outlets and ATV. ( let us know if you need this parking space) This room has a queen bed, bath and a full kitchen! No dogs over 40 lbs. No cats,thank you! 18 minutes to Murray, 48 to Paducah. Long term guests ask about laundry option.

Cozy and family friendly space with plenty of space to park your boat, trailer, or toys. We are about 5-10 minutes from a couple of different boat launches, biking/walking path, and Lake Barkley Sate park (with a very nice beach). We are 5 minutes from the Dollar General, a gas station, & about 20 minutes to town. This is one unit of a triplex. We rent the upstairs unit as well. The other downstairs unit is not rented out.
