Just got back to Canada after 9 nights at Vale Sekoula. My wife and our 2 boys (11/14) had an amazing time on Taveuni. The property was exactly as described and we loved the ability to paddle from the front yard to amazing snorkelling - and paddle boarding to the Dive for an afternoon beverage. The property host, Vinna was great and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is well equipped - and the island of Taveuni was rich with walks, waterfalls and fun. Highly recommended. We’ll be back!

Wow, what an incredible experience you'll have with this stay! The layout is absolutely wonderful, with privacy and gorgeous views. The photos don't do it justice, it's paradise for your senses and soul. Our primary goal was superb snorkeling, and it was the best, right out the front door, down the driveway to the beach and corals out front. The plunge pool was a huge bonus given the humidity of the weather. Jen and Bruce are immaculate hosts, and their sail experience was wonderful! We will be back, no doubt.

Stayed with my wife and 1 year old son. Wanted to keep away from the resorts and have a more natural rustic Fiji stay. Was very quiet with lots of nice gardens, friendly and helpful caretakers with the option of breakfast and dinners home made yummy meals, heaps of room in cottage with cold aircon, right on the beach plus a the bonus of a deep lagoon only a few hundred meters up the beach.

We had a wonderful stay! The highlight was definitely the view – absolutely breathtaking and even better than the photos. Gary was great, very proactive and made sure we had everything we needed. They even provided water, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, a relaxing and smooth experience. We'll definitely be back!

Where to begin? Our stay was idyllic. Ajay (driver, tour guide, and all-round great guy) picked us up at the airport, and Jay met us at our place. Jay was the most friendly, helpful, and accommodating host ever! He ensured we had everything we could ever want and answered all of our incessant questions. And our place was amazing! Two of us were in Raintree Cottage, and two in the neighboring Raintree Gardens. We made passionfruit-kumquat-mint mojitos from the fruit & herbs in the garden, enjoyed phenomenal snorkeling & kayaking just across the road, blissed out on ice cream & smoothies from the stand next door, and dined liked kings on fantastic Indian and Fijian dinners prepared with love by Ajay's wife. Adventures like diving, birdwatching, and horseback riding were easy to arrange and simply wonderful. It's hard not to sound like a brochure, but it really was out of this world. We loved every moment and simply can't wait to go back. Vinaka Jay, Shauna, and Ajay! Until next time!

We were happily suprised that this place is actually part of the resort and we were treated like such by everybody. The rooms were beautiful and the lagoon was amazing to swim in. Even better than the front of the resort in my opinion as it was calm, no waves and right outside our steps! We loved this place and felt so spoilt to be there. We had a wonderful stay at the Shell House, it truly exceeded our expectations! The house offers the best of Savusavu, and we only wish we could have stayed longer. Nadine and Thomas are incredibly welcoming hosts, treating us to homemade chocolate cake and freshly baked bread. The environment is peaceful and relaxing, yet still close to the main street. A perfect spot for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty and charm of Savusavu.

We had such a fabulous stay at Jodie’s. Best view in all of Savusavu! Jodie was very easy to contact and super responsive. We really appreciated all the local tips including reliable taxis and at home massage therapist. The house is at the top of a long, steep and bumpy road but thankfully most local taxi drivers were game to take it on! House is great for 4 couples or a group of friends. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Already dreaming of our next visit.

The beach cottage is absolutely charming, peaceful, and private and just steps away from breathtaking views of the coastline and the main house, the heartbeat of the estate. Bedelia is a superhost for a reason! She and the staff are always puts the comfort of the guest first, making sure everything is set. Superhost, super human being! The food was absolutely 5 stars everyday, healthy and hearty. Having the dogs around for a swim or stroll was lovely too. Looking for a place to feel completely at peace and full of gratitude, this is it. 100% will come back, 100% recommending. Thanks for everything, Bedelia. xo.
