Caledonian Canal : locations de vacances adaptées aux enfants

This was an amazing place for us to stay as an extended family. There were nine of us, plus two dogs, and we rented the Doocot and the Lodge in the grounds. It is located right up in the hills and was blissfully remote yet easily accessible to the A90 to Perth and Dundee. The house itself was very comfortable and exactly as described. The sitting room was amazing with its enormously high ceilings, plenty of squishy sofas and a piano. There was also a Smart TV. For us, the best feature was the enormous dining table which easily seated us all and could have taken several other people too. We had lovely meals together all round the table. It was really memorable. The bathrooms were clean and new. The roll top bath was lovely and super to soak in. Check in, host communications etc were all super easy and they even helped us to have a hot tub ready for our arrival from Fife Hot Tub Hire. All in all, would highly recommend to people looking for a comfortable break away in the hills.

Had just a single nights stay for work nearby but the perfect place to lay my head! Quiet, comfortable and had everything I needed. Great communication with Jamie the host, easy check-in and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if working nearby.

This is probably the best airbnb we have stayed in. It has everything you could want and more. Very clean, well supplied and well presented. Very easily walkable from the centre of Avirmore and easy access to the Cairngorms and surrounding areas. Great storage for outdoor equipment and dog friendly, including towels and bowls. Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung in Inverness war toll. Wir waren 5 Nächte dort um auch die Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Wohnung liegt versteckt ganz nah am Zentrum von Inverness. Alles Notwendige ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es war sehr gemütlich und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Nos sentimos como en casa. La casa es muy acogedora con mucha luz natural y estaba todo reluciente.

The best place we stayed on our 10 day journey through England and Scotland. We broke the door handle to the front door,- and Ania came with a smile on her face and fixed it without a question. Location was ideal for exploring the area, lovely hosts who were on hand should we have any queries, flat itself was comfortable & cosy and had everything we needed. I'd go back to this property without hesitation

The place was very lovely and fully equipped with everything we needed. We were tired from a day of travelling and the apartment even had enough ingredients for us to cook up a simple meal. Would love to be back!

Zuzana as a host went above and beyond. We were traveling with our ten month old and when we arrived there was a high chair, toys, and a pack and play set up. We were extremely thankful for her hospitality. If we are ever in Inverness again we will 100% be using her space.

This apartment was outstanding and Hazel has given much attention to detail and nothing has been forgotten. We had everything we needed and more. The place was spotless and had beautiful furnishings and we all got that cosy, relaxed vibe the minute we arrived. Lovely views over the river, and you can catch a glimpse of the sea over the rooftops. A few little extras were provided for my son's 30th birthday which made it even more special. We all had a great time here and can definitely recommend, it will not disappoint. Thankyou.

It is a beautiful and spacious apartment tucked away in Birnam. The apartment is welcoming and stylish. Conveniently close to the train station if you're travelling by public transport, and there is plenty of on street parking if you're driving. Birnam is within walking distance of Dunkeld (about 15 minutes) where there is more amenities. We recommend visiting the Birnam Arts Centre which is at the end of the road from the apartment, it is a lovely space and has a good cafe (reasonably priced too). If you're able to get to Pitlochry, we highly recommend a meal at The Wee Choo Choo restaurant (set in a converted train carriage, one that featured in Mission Impossible), the food was delicious and the staff lovely. Ali was a great and friendly host, very helpful and responsive, and provided local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

A cleverly designed apartment which makes good use of a small space with a fantastic view. The separate balcony area was also lovely for admiring the beach. The Crofters restaurant is also nice with lovely, friendly staff. We loved all the walks from the apartment - Rosemarkie is a beautiful place.

We had a great stay here! The place was comfortable and well-located, with easy access to local shops and restaurants, which made everything really convenient. Stephen was a great host—very responsive and even offered us an extra hour for late check-out, which we appreciated (though we didn’t end up needing it). Just a heads up for future guests: off-street parking isn’t permitted at the property, but there’s a nearby solution—Library car park is just around the corner and worked out fine for us. All in all, a pleasant and easy stay.

Great flat in a handy location. Slightly cold, but that was fine for us as we were out most of the time. Lots of very thorough instructions both through messages and printed in the flat - very impressed with the electronic entry! Thanks again!

We had a great stay at Jenny's place. The place is conveniently located, has wonderful views, and close to Fort Williams and all the hikes in the area. I'd also like to note that the kitchen is very well equipped and organized. Thank you, Jenny!

It was a lovely place to unwind, cosy ad felt home. The host is great and would highly recommend this place
