Shannon and Len's place was exactly as listed, the description of the marina and area were very accurate. I especially appreciated the "little extras" in the apartment: Sleep Number bed, soft bedding, fluffy towels, great water pressure in the shower, well-outfitted kitchen, coffee bar, extra snack treats, enjoyable outdoor space with adequate seating, and the lists of recommended area attractions. My hosts could not have been nicer or more accommodating! I had limited time in the area, but I did take advantage of hiking in two nearby state parks. My best time was sitting on the "beach" or deck and watching the sunset as I listened to 1970s/80s tunes! I would definitely stay again!

Brian's place was awesome and had everything I needed for a great stay! I will definitely be booking again when I'm in the area!

A great find, and just what we needed! It was perfect for my husband, myself and our teenage son. We took the upstairs bedroom and he had the downstairs bedroom. We loved the fire pit outside and having a front row seat to the bay. The house was quaint and just perfect for the three of us. We enjoyed walking around North Beach, and also enjoyed a couple of their great restaurants, even in the off season!

Britta's home was perfect for all of us! The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The home is spacious and in a quiet area with a beautiful view of the lake. The beds were super comfortable and everything was so clean! we look forward to staying again in the future! thank you Britta!

We absolutely love staying at this Airbnb! It’s perfect for our family and we use it every time we’re in town. The location is walkable to several great restaurants and boutiques. Beautiful views from the Front Porch, Gazebo, Master Bedroom and even the kitchen window and guest bedroom. The entire home is fully stocked with everything you need. Laurence has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We look forward to continue making beautiful family memories in this home.

My wife, baby daughter and myself came here for our spring break. The views from apartment were spectacular and we enjoyed watching the boats coming and going. Maria was a gracious host and gave us lots of fantastic local recommendations. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for us to use. We loved our stay here, and will try and come back on the future.

The experience was once in a lifetime and was something that I would look forward to doing again. It was close to DC Baltimore and other metropolitan area.

We just had another wonderful stay at the Cozy Cottage in North Beach. The house is just lovely and quite comfortable. Our dog Frankie certainly felt as relaxed as we did. The view from the large front window is just great. The Chesapeake Bay, and all the dog walkers on the boardwalk are just amazing. Jerome and Carrie are always friendly, responsive and accomodating. Last, but not least, we can't wait to go back.

I stayed here with my three kids for a little getaway, and we had the best time. The place was super clean and spacious, and the modern decor and finishes were clearly chosen with care—it just felt really good to be there. The game rooms were such a fun touch, each with its own theme, and the kids were obsessed! One of our favorite parts was the scavenger hunt—it was such a fun and unexpected surprise, and it gave us a memory we’ll definitely hold onto. The host was incredibly kind, polite, and respectful. Overall, it was just a great experience and a really special trip with my kids.

Very Peaceful neighborhood Pauls house is very close to the water end of the road with nearly no traffic when we were there. neighborhood is extremely walkable loved having the porch, large gas grill and hot tub next to the home with view of the bay. All 3 rooms had large comfortable beds. house was clean. well kept. There is a retail center about 2. 5 miles away with a GIant" Grocery store and a few doors down a quality wine and spirit shop. My family loved the city of Annapolis and Very Happy we chose to stay at Pauls home.

Sandy Feet Retreat in Colonial Beach was a great place to take my daughter and the grandkids for a 3 day Spring Break holiday. The condo was beautifully furnished and very well located on the boardwalk. My family loved having access to the beach right outside the condo and spent many hours collecting shells and sea glass. Fishing from the pier was a thrill for my grandson. I enjoyed peaceful mornings on the balcony and evening time there listening to the waves each day. Thank you Brittany for everything you do to assure a lovely stay for your guests.

This was our second stay at Beach Please and it was just as delightful as the first! The house was again squeaky clean, thoughtfully decorated and had plenty of room for our multi-generational family to spread out. Grandparents appreciated the first floor master bedroom and kiddos loved the game room, and the crafts and puzzles upstairs. The neighborhood is peaceful and cozy, with beautiful views in every direction. The addition of the acoustic guitar for songs by the firepit was a major plus, as our ten year old is a music lover and almost brought her own. We had a great stay and would recommend this AirBnB to anyone! Grab a week (or two) and don't think twice.

We had a great weekend a gain. Enjoying Christmas in St Michaels. Your home is beautiful. We ate at Ava’s, Limoncello, Carpenters and Talbots. Shopped on Sunday. Highly recommend the house tour. She you again soon.🥰

Beautiful location on the water with all the amenities one could ask for. Thanks for having games and jigsaw puzzles (with all the pieces!). Gracious and responsive hosts who made sure we felt welcome and at home. We’ll be back!

Michael's place was perfect for our spring break getaway. I really liked the laid back beach vibe and how kid friendly the house was. The kids were able to walk to beach themselves and had a great time on the trampoline! We loved seeing who could find the most shark teeth.

William was a wonderful host for our family members in town after we had to get them out abruptly from another stay due to a safety concern. He accommodated an early check in and early check out and was very kind in his communications. He even offered a military discount which we so very much appreciated after being out the money from the first stay. The place was larger than it looks from the outside, right by the water and nicely decorated. Backyard would have been great with pets. Very close to all local restaurants and boardwalk! If we have family in town again we will certainly rebook! Thank you again!

Had to visit for an extended period of time for a family-related health issue. Having a place to go back to during my long stay and work was super important to me and this place delivered. What I wasn’t expecting was it’s outstanding location in the heart of North Beach (less than a block away from several restaurants and a 3 minute walk to the boardwalk), as well as it’s off-street parking which has been traditionally rare in North Beach when I’ve stayed at other airbnb’s. The house was clean, quiet, and convenient. I especially appreciated the small study where I was able to work remote during my stay. All in all, this made my stay far more pleasant than I was expecting and I definitely recommend it to anyone staying in North Beach for sure.

Excellent getaway home for your stay. I was there with my family who are very skeptical about cleanliness and this was met. Great accommodation for family. I certainly recommend this house. We will certainly stay there again. The cost for the 2 nights was definitely great also. Thank to the owners.

Just as described but better. The house is just as described and pictured. Great week with my family, including a 5 and 83 year old. The home was clean and well appointed. The beach is right out front. It was the perfect set up. There isn’t much close, but we planned on that. We took 1 trip into town for lunch at Calvert Crabs (go!!) and Safeway restock. We caught crabs in the provided crab pot, went kayaking, found dozens of sharks teeth on the beach in front of the house. We took long walks and went swimming when the jelly fish subsided, saw lots of sea birds, including multiple osprey and bald eagles. The house was truly comfortable and clean. The black flies were biting for a few afternoons but that’s August on the Chesapeake. We can’t wait to go back. The weather varied a lot during the week and we enjoyed it all - rainy movie afternoon, big storm waves, hot and sunny, cool and breezy.

Place was beautiful and the private beach was just a short walk away. Very clean and the host was responsive. Will look at booking again.

Fantastic place to stay. 1 block from two excellent bakeries and market, yet secluded. No other house within block, on a sort of causeway. Great view. Very relaxing sitting on lower or upper decks in evening. Good air conditioning. Snacks and coffee provided. 2 full baths. Upstairs: Two full bedrooms. Another secluded room with pullout couch for extra bedroom or place to relax. Downstairs: spacious living room and kitchen with guest bathroom. All very clean and well done. Kai was very responsive to requests and information. Highly recommend Kai's home.

My husband and I stayed a weekend to celebrate our anniversary. Beautiful view , amazing sunrise. Great restaurants near by. The home was very comfortable.
