Michael's place was perfect for our spring break getaway. I really liked the laid back beach vibe and how kid friendly the house was. The kids were able to walk to beach themselves and had a great time on the trampoline! We loved seeing who could find the most shark teeth.

Lovely, well-stocked home with spacious, very functional coming area. Cristin was very responsive!

Really enjoyed holiday get away . Place was located near water with great views. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood was quaint. The town was was pretty with water on each side with the Christmas lights at night . We truly enjoyed our relaxing stay . Would definitely book again

We rented to attend a family wedding… we were close to everything so the venue was perfect. We enjoyed this home where the host has thought of everything-including a welcome basket which was wonderful. Home was clean and met our needs. We loved the back porch and really enjoyed hanging out there as a family. Our host was responsive and friendly to all our questions. We would highly recommend this home!

Launched the brand new sailboat I designed and built at a nearby boatyard and took it out for a few days of sea-trials. Terri's place could not have been better situated for this. Boat yard and restaurants all within walking distance. Plenty of stores nearby for supplies, and fortunately not right next to the house; the neighborhood is awesome. House is great for two couples - plenty of room w/spacious bedrooms, nice kitchen with big dining table, comfy living room with a great view of the harbor.

Perfect weekend away! The home backed up to the Chesapeake Bay. The home was very relaxing. Would definitely stay again!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house over looking the bay! The views all around the property were absolutely stunning, creating such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I was on a work trip with several coworkers, and the house was incredibly comfortable and spacious —it truly felt like home. The space was clean, safe, and well-maintained, making it the perfect retreat after long workdays. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a large family meal, which was a huge plus. Most importantly, our host was amazing—she was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene and welcoming getaway. Thank you, for such a great experience!

The space was beautiful, modern charm, clean, and accommodating. Everything inside the house was easy to find and had everything we needed for a quick DC trip with our 4 kids (including a pizza cutter!). The host even helped us with parking, while we took the metro into DC. Closest station was less than 1 block away. Would absolutely stay again!

John was awesome to meet and as a host; provided clear instructions towards the Airbnb, gave us recommendations for restaurants, locals tourist attractions, and transportation. Very kind and communicative. Place looked exactly like the pictures as well!

Gillian and Boe were great communicators and super friendly and helpful. Everything was easy! A great stay. For detail-minded visitors: the bed was VERY comfy. And the shower is not large (stall size) but awesome water pressure and heat - felt like a mini-spa in there, a real treat :) We came during peak of spring in DC and their yard was full of beautiful blooms - a delightful bonus.

This was our 2nd stay here...a wonderful home base when visiting DC! Colorful, cozy, sparkling clean & spacious...we enjoy comfortably relaxing in a convenient city location. This was a really important life goal trip of mine, even though it’s the DMV area. They were super kind and it felt like a beautiful tropical pocket in the middle of what some might call a concrete jungle. They were super responsive, flexible, and kind hearted. There is also some beautiful wildlife, animals, and nature blossoming everywhere in the spring. 10/10 would stay again!

Perfect place for a romantic getaway or if you’re searching for a peaceful oasis. Matches the pictures exactly and the amount of natural light is amazing. A little removed from downtown DC so if you have a car that’s a plus, but otherwise an uber will cost about $20. Would stay here again :)

What can I say about my stay at Villa de Bowie?! It was great! My room, let alone the whole house, was remarkable. DiMitri has been extremely hospitable and responsive. The house was clean, welcoming, and offered many amenities. The atmosphere was beautiful and the other guests, from a host of different backgrounds/careers, were respectful and pleasant. What a cool spot! I took my family to Annapolis to celebrate my sister’s 60th and we stayed on Kent Island at Nila’s place. The drive here is gorgeous. Thinks scenic with mature trees and headed to the water. The grounds are gorgeous with the golf course meandering throughout. Everyone is friendly driving their golf carts and waving. The house is sick! Think mad men for 2024. Felt like I was staying in an upscale hotel with family, cozy bedrooms upstairs. Plus the second living room. Soooo cool. I did get the projector to work and watched a few dvds with the surround sound. That was pretty cool!! I do Airbnb a lot and I would give this experience a 10/10 on all the things that matter - value, comms, thoughtfulness, cleanliness, location etc. thank you Nila!

I had a fantastic stay at DiMitri’s place! He was extremely communicative, responsive, and made sure everything was clean and comfortable throughout my stay. The fast WiFi and thoughtful accommodations made it an ideal spot for my remote work. DiMitri was flexible, pleasant, and went above and beyond to ensure guests were comfortable. The other guests in the home were just as great—friendly, respectful, and helpful. The house is located in a quiet, peaceful community that still offers easy access to DC, Virginia, and various parts of Maryland. Overall, a smooth and relaxing experience that I would gladly book again. Highly recommended for business or leisure stays!
