Our stay in North Beach was lovely! This was the perfect getaway for us, our 11-month old baby, and our dog. The house came equipped with all features as-advertised, including the hot tub, Peloton equipment, and coffee gear (all of which we used). Our dog loved the sunny lookouts, and our baby loved crawling and climbing the many stairs. (The house was extremely clean, and we had no qualms letting the baby crawl everywhere.) Kim and Scott were especially responsive; there was a brief issue the night we arrived, and they were right over to fix it in-person. We will definitely be back!

We had an incredible stay with our two dogs. Beautiful property and views. The interior is very comfortable, and Chip goes above and beyond with ensuring that little creature comforts are available, like make-up wipes, coffee creamer, and smores supplies. We even found a tiger shark tooth down by the beach! A few notes that didn’t impact our stay, but some may find useful: -There is a partial fence around the home. It serves as a barrier to prevent you from stumbling down a slope, but won’t fully contain dogs or kiddos. This wasn’t an issue for us as the screened in porch was convenient to leash dogs, and the fence served as a visual barrier for them so they didn’t get distracted during quick potty breaks. -The garage is very well stocked with games and toys. There is no interior access and you must enter through the main garage doors, which may impact the needed supervision of kiddos. Overall amazing place, would definitely visit again!!

Beautifully decorated, modern, clean and free of clutter! The house was perfect for our girls weekend and exceeded our expectations. Lots of space and rooms were comfortable! Julie was a responsive host and we will likely rent again before the year is over! Thanks again.

Lovely home and stunning views from every room. Peaceful, loved having my morning coffee overlooking the water, and my evening drink in the hot tub watching the sunset.

Our family had a wonderful time, lots of room in the house, and the pool was a great hit with our grandkids. All in all, it was a great weekend for our family.

This was our second time staying at this cute place. We knew what to expect; took all linens, pillows, towels, kitchen towels, etc. as she lists. Also took two door mats and non-skid mats for the showers (the master shower was quite slippery so I knew to bring a non-skid mat). The place was pristine, from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The floors were spotless. Landscaping is mature and nice. The little beach was perfect for us -- while it is not private, and anyone can use it, during the two times we have visited, spring and fall, during the off season, there were only a couple of folks who walked; nobody set up chairs; we had it to ourselves. I imagine during the summer that is not the case. Liezel is delightful to deal with, friendly, responsive, concerned. We love her little funky log house, and will definitely return! Had a wonderful, peaceful stay Jennifer & Joey’s place. Home was extremely clean, had ALL the amenities you would think to need, and the location was a perfect waterfront getaway. Hosts were very responsive and even accommodated a request for an extra parking space. Would definitely recommend and will plan to visit again!

Amazing stay! Our family had such a great long weekend here. Absolutely beautiful views of the water; big yard and nice patio; comfy furniture for lounging. The hot tub was great. And our kiddo loved all the toys and games! Caroline left thorough, helpful instructions for all the house amenities. She also very kindly let us stay another day to enjoy the place. We'd love to come back again. We loved the North Beach farmer's market, walking along the pier, and sampling treats at The Bakist. Thank you, Caroline!
