Ce chalet répondra à tous vos besoins de vacances. Mon intention est de faire de Mon Petit Oasis un endroit où vous souhaitez revenir et partager votre expérience avec votre famille et vos amis afin qu'ils puissent venir passer un séjour et découvrir ce petit coin de paradis sur le lac.

Welcome to the Little Dipper Lakehouse! Relax at this peaceful cottage on Grand Lake with 180-degree water views and your own private beach. Firepit, floating dock, and beach loungers and watercraft offer multiple ways to kick back. With its panoramic windows, the sunroom is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, while the spacious deck is equipped with BBQ and outdoor seating. Two bedrooms plus loft accommodates up to 6 guests. Well-equipped kitchen and open-concept living room.

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

Washademoak Lake House

Bring the whole family to this amazing and private Cottage on 1.5 acres of waterfront property on the popular Washademoak Lake. Relax in the hot tub or enjoy the sunrise from the spacious wrap around deck. Kayak or paddle board the calm waters in the cove, swim out to the raft, or dock your boat on 200 feet of water front. The primary bedroom is located on the main floor with a King-sized bed. Two more bedrooms with double beds are upstairs along with another bath and a double futon sofa.

Walking distance to local amenities and the beach. When at the cottage enjoy all its extras including a lower level full of entertainment such as a air hockey, fooseball & a card table. Also in the lower level is a large smart tv, numerous board games an books for your enjoyment & relaxation.

A comfortable space to day-trip from or to stay and appreciate time in nature at one of the most popular destinations to kayak in New Brunswick! Kayaks/Canoes/Paddleboards are on site for our guests to enjoy! 10 minutes from shops and restaurants in local Hampton or Quispamsis, 20 minutes to Saint John. And 40 minutes from coastal St.Martin’s and the scenic Fundy Trail.
