Brand new, centrally located with many fun spots for visiting. Less than 90 minutes from Savannah, 3 miles from Florida and 30-45 minutes to some beautiful beaches. We comfortably sleep 6 people in 3 bedrooms only. The house is located on a 9 acre pond that is great for fishing and is very relaxing. We are only 2 miles from everything you need, restaurants, nightlife & shopping. 3rd bedroom bathroom is handicapped accessible. Booking party must stay in the home. The home is no smoking & no pets

There is 15 min walk to the pier and the Beach access is about a 5 min drive.
