This stunning lakefront condo, located at the 17mm in the heart of Osage Beach, offers both convenience and comfort with its tasteful updates and stunning lake views. You will have seasonal access to 1 heated pool that opens May 1, and 2 lakeview pools that open May 15. You can also enjoy the tennis/pickleball/basketball court open year round. Being conveniently located to wineries, restaurants, activities and much more, makes this an enjoyable and relaxing lake retreat for you and your family.

Welcome to Cairn Cottage, a classic one-room, stone cottage sitting a stones throw from the Osage Arm of The Lake of the Ozarks (69MM). Relax in nature from the cabin hot tub year around. From May to September (and sometimes later) you can enjoy the Kayaks and SUPs at the lake lot. Please note that the cottage and lake lot are a short drive from each other. A boat slip is available 5/31-9/7 upon request. We always recommend travel insurance but especially encourage it during winter months

Cabin includes a kitchenette with stove and all the kitchen essentials for cooking and staying in. Bath includes a 6 foot claw-foot tub w/shower. Nestled on a quiet lake road “Isle View” will not disappoint. Want to hike? We are close to Ha Ha Tonka State Park. Want to golf? We are one lake road over from Kinderhook golf course or Lake Valley golf course.

Our family cottage sits on 100’ of lakefront in a natural lake setting. Spacious living with expansive views and a private dock. Swim off the dock or relax on the lily pad from dawn until dusk and enjoy sunset over the large, protected cove. Create more lake memories at our fire-pit and outdoor charcoal grill. Bring your own boat to tie up to the dock during your stay. Close to movie theater, grocery stores, and restaurants by land or water.
