Spacious and secure 4 bedroom/3 bath home that has been setup to sleep a large group comfortably. Bring your ATV's as you can ride them from the property directly to the trails, no trailering required! Minutes to Royal Blue and Tackett Creek trail heads and Lake Norris boat ramp. Stop at the gas station to fill up and grab snacks and ice, have breakfast at the Diner, and then head to the trails. After a days ride stop for dinner in town. Relax with the whole family at our peaceful oasis. These are off grid sleep cabins (NO ELECTRIC,WATER OR BEDDING). Need more room hang a hammock or pitch a tent. Please note our riverbank is unimproved if you are looking for a natural experience we got that. If you are looking for a shoreline void of occasional entry challenges we may not be a good fit. The Wild and Scenic Waterways requires banks be left 100% natural. We have easy access locations available to everyone for fishing and swimming

Welcome to our peaceful and family-friendly farmhouse cottage with 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths, located in a quiet private location just minutes away from interstate 75 Jellico exit and a short drive to many ATV trails like Royal Blue and others. For your convenience there is a circle drive easily accessible for those pulling trailers. We have lots of room to unload ATVS and trailer/ truck parking. We are located 42 miles to The University of Tennessee, and many other points of interest in Knoxville.

The Hideaway

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful farm. Relax at this charming and newly renovated open concept lower level hide-away. This apartment has a private driveway, entrance and patio space on a hilltop with an unbelievable view of the mountains and spectacular sunsets. This is a perfect home base for near by state and national parks. Please note that there are friendly, outdoor dogs on this farmland property. Indoor stair access to main house is securely locked. The Ambleside Cottage

The Ambleside Cottage offers full privacy for a single or a couple looking for a serene getaway surrounded by the beauty of the Appalachian mountains. This magical cabin is conveniently located for travelers, yet Ambleside feel like a remote retreat nestled in the woods above Elk Fork Creek. The Cottage is an adorable tiny house, offering 500 square feet of living space with a kitchenette, a sitting area, and a bathroom with a shower. The queen-size bed is upstairs in the sleeping loft.

Nestled on a hill overlooking our family Farm and 30 head of cattle the views and county scenery wont disappoint and with a full fenced in yard the whole family including pets and children can play more safely. The Funky Farmhouse originally built in the 1960s by my Great Grandfather has gotten a complete renovation including city water and a brand new kitchen with lots of appliances. Located minutes from Marinas and trailheads = more time for fun!

Cabin 1/2mi to Trail in Pioneer-Royal Blue-Tackett

Orchard Mountain View Cabins is a 1135 sq ft beautiful, quiet, & peaceful cabin on top of the Cumberland Mountains with amazing mountain top views, Hot tub, & more. ATV/OHV direct trail access less than 1/2 mile from the drive to 1000s of acres. 30-40 mins you will find hiking, biking, boating, swimming, kayaking, fishing, & horseback riding. Check out Cove Lake, Norris Lake, & Big South Fork National River & Recreational Area. TN Big Orange fans come & relax after the big game.

Historic year-round cabin along lakeshore w/dock

The lake home was built in the early 1930's to house the engineers constructing the entire TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) system that created dams and hydro-electric power throughout the region. It also provided jobs that helped with employment during the Great Depression. A wonderful addition we made recently was a dock, which remains in the water from sometime in March until late October. Please note this is an old, quaint home. It has its quirks.
