La baita si trova a 1400 metri nella caratteristica borgata Sant'Antonio di Ostana, lontana dai circuiti turistici di massa. La baita ha una bella esposizione a sud-ovest, e dalla sua ampia terrazza si gode una vista spettacolare sul Monviso e sulle montagne circostanti. Nei mesi invernali, se lo desiderate, sarete avvolti dal calore del camino a legna.

Inoltre si affaccia su un ampio giardino interno con vista sulle Langhe a disposizione degli ospiti. L'appartamento è nuovo: è stato aperto a Luglio 2021
