Note: Swan sleeps up to 5 in 2 bedrooms plus a semi-private nook with daybed. For larger groups, however, we can 'bundle' w/our other Lake Wabasis property (2 doors away). A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

The cottage can be enjoyed throughout all of the seasons of Michigan. As fall approaches, note the state hunting land is just a 100 yard walk. The interior is a blend of rustic cozy meets modern touches. This is a home and not a hotel so you will find quirks that belong to any individual home.

It will comfortably sleep two guest.

If you are looking for a relaxing, cozy getaway our vintage 1950s 2 bedroom log house has been recently updated with all the comforts of home. It features hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, furnished in a comfy mix of old and new, electric fireplace, new appliances, and remodeled bathroom with large walk in shower. Our home is a few blocks to downtown Clare where you will find unique local shops, eateries, and entertainment.
