Rushford Lakeside Family getaway is suited for vacationers & family gatherings. It is located across from Rushford Lake 1/2 mile from Balcom Beach Rd boat launch and is less than a mile from The Country Store & Dollar General. This charming & inviting 4 bedroom home can accommodate sleeping arrangements for up to 14 guests.A spacious entranceway that's furnished as a family/game room. A fully stocked kitchen, large spacious living room with tv/wifi internet. One full bathroom with tub/shower.

This cozy retreat is perfect for a getaway or to be near skiing, hunting (lots of public land nearby), or Houghton U. & Letchworth. It has a fully stocked kitchen, the master bedroom has a queen bed, and the loft has two twin beds. The living room is comfortable, and it is quiet!!! Hunters, check out the map in the pics. Even though you get the full "cabin life" experience, there's a full bathroom, Wi-Fi, and maybe amenities that make a start here comfortable and relaxing. Enjoy your stay!

Iris cottage is set on a quiet road in WNY just 15 mi. from Letchworth State Park and 5 mi. from Houghton College. Gas fire place greets guests on chilly days and a large deck overlooks woods and Higgins Creek. The kitchen is well stocked and fully equipped. Whether summer or winter this is the perfect place to enjoy WNY nature at its best and get away from it all. 2 bedrooms open to open plan living, kitchen and dining. Onsuite master has a second electric fireplace and deck access.

This is a very quiet property set back in the woods. This log cabin has a wood burning fireplace indoors making it nice and cozy. Large firepit outside for bonfires. This cabin is in the woods so you will see insects and wildlife, we do spray for insects and mice but there is only so much we can do. We have 17 acres for you to walk around and explore! Enjoy time at our pond, feel free to fish but ask you to release them because we love our wildlife. Close to Letchworth State park!
