20ft up nesting between three sturdy oak trees this treehouse made of recycled timbers and is surrounded by trees and has glimpses of the northdowns AONB Cosy and private set on the edge of a barley field the only sound is wind through the trees and birdsong. Heater and double glazing makes this ideal in winter or summer, and a chemical loo in the cabin at ground level adds a creature comfort. There is an induction hob, cool box electric kettle and Bluetooth speaker and a variety of games .

The cabin has a comfortable double bed, smart TV, Wardrobe, breakfast bar/laptop work station, several USB points, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, sink/drainer with hot & cold water A chemical toilet is provided in the cabin for night use. There’s a private toilet & a wonderful hot shower both outside (as per photos) for guest’s use. The front decked veranda adjoins an outdoor kitchen with 2 ring gas hob & brick built BBQ overlooking a large garden that has a lovely view of the sea/sunset.

We can offer our guests a breakfast of home cooked pastries, just let us know if it is something you would like.There is a seperate good sized, bedroom overlooking the garden,with a double bed and wardrobe. There is modern shower room with toiletries provided.
