In the heart of wild, romantic Perthshire, surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery, Garden Cottage is the perfect escape. Relax looking out over the loch, wander the fields spotting the wildlife or take off on foot or bike for a boost of healthy fresh air and a memorable Highland experience. A Highland cottage built in the 1720's, newly refurbished in the spirit of Scottish country living. Tradition, authenticity and fireside comfort complement contemporary furnishings and light airy spaces.

Bracken Barn is situated on a hill overlooking Cuil Bay and Loch Linnhe, with views stretching down the Morvern Peninsula, past the small islands of Balnagowan, Shuna and Lismore…and all the way to the Isle of Mull. Recently converted from an agricultural shed, it is now an extremely comfortable holiday home – a silk purse from a sow’s ear! The high-ceilinged sitting room has a wood-burning stove and with large picture windows, guests will surely never tire of the ever-changing loch views.

The famous Caledonian Canal is on the doorstep with a restaurant/bistro just 2 minutes walk away, and the cottage is only 3 miles from Fort William. This is a great base for exploring the local area and all of its outdoor activities and sights. Plenty of shops in easy reach of the cottage; the nearest Coop is 1 mile away, and there is an Aldi and M&S Foodhall just 2 miles away.
