The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .

L’alloggio si trova a soli 100 metri dal mare al primo piano di un piccolo edificio oggetto di completa e recente ristrutturazione. Costituito da ampia zona giorno con divano e SmartTV; cucina dotata di ogni confort (lavastoviglie forno forno microonde tostapane ecc). Due camere matrimoniali e due bagni.
