The house itself is located in the small village of Tierra Del Mar on a dead end street that ends at the beach. Our surf style cabin may be small, but the large windows with views of the bay, ocean and coastal forests allow for lots of light to flood the space. Just a short walk to the beach, shops and near some of Northern Oregon’s best surf breaks. Our small STUDIO “jewel box” condo looks out on to two merging, clear, fresh water creeks, sandy beaches, tide pools, layered cliffs, the Ghost Forest, and is surrounded by a national forest. It has: full kitchen, bath, queen bed, pull out twin trundle bed (best for kid but can sleep adult). It’s been full renovated to make it our dream getaway! Neskowin has a good wine/deli/market on site. Please reference pictures to see the trundle bed twin + last pic for location off US Hwy 101.

This compact cottage has been meticulously decorated with a retro feel. The cottage provides a quiet place to sit back, relax and enjoy Pacific City with friends, family, and those with four legs. The main house has two bedrooms with double beds. The Compass Rose room is detached and featuring a king-sized bed and a half bath. The main bathroom has been completely renovated. The view is sunset ready. We respect our neighbors and community and follow the Airbnb no party policy.

The Alaia Beach House

Our home is nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac backed by natural wetlands and walking trails leading you over bridges to the Nestucca River. The Nestucca is about a two-minute walk and offers great fishing, bird watching, kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding. We are centrally located about a half a mile walk to the beach, Pelican Brew Pub and Cape Kiwanda state park and about a 15-minute walk to the flashing red light on the east side of Pacific City.

With spectacular views of the Big Nestucca River and the top of Haystack Rock, staying here can feel like stepping into a painting. The proximity to the river (with private dock) offers an opportunity to experience the magic of a tidal river that is teeming with life. This picturesque cabin is a throwback to a bygone era and is our family's special spot.
