A Loft amongst the Gum Trees

Please note owners are onsite adjacent to guest accomadation. Located only a short 7 min drive west of Apollo Bay along the iconic Great Ocean Road and nestled amongst the gum trees. It is a rare day when you won’t spot a koala on the property. The Loft is spacious and adjacent to our family home. It is located above our shed, with private access and courtyard at the rear. The property is full of wildlife along with our animals... sheep, chickens and our dogs Honey and Cleo and cat Spot!

Welcome to our cosy shed, couples will enjoy their stay and all that this exceptional area has to offer. Amazing beaches, wildlife, great eateries and all the sights and wonders of the Great Ocean Road just there for your pleasure. The local Koala community is on your doorstep and hand feeding the King parrots is a perfect way to start your day. The beach is a gentle 5 minute stroll away, sunrise is breathtaking from here, or lie in and let the rolling hills greet you in the morning.

Sunnyside is located just off the Great Ocean Road approximately 15 minutes from Apollo Bay. A fully private and self-contained loft studio offers panoramic views of the Southern Ocean and sits in amongst the Otway rainforest treetops. The property has over 10 acres to explore; an olive grove, an orchard, a mature oak forest and stunning walkways combining both pasture and native surroundings. You may even be lucky enough to meet our resident Koala! A one-of-a-kind experience awaits.

Killala Loft, rejuvenate & relax

Killala Loft is away from the crowd, nestled in the hills with views of the Barham River Valley and only 6 kms from beaches, shops and restaurants of Apollo Bay. Who could ask for more! We are on 40 acres, with Sheep and an Alpaca, called Monty grazing close by. Wildlife and birds are also our neighbours with Koalas often lounging in the trees nearby. The Top Villa is situated in a quiet, natural setting with soaring views over the rolling hills and forests of Apollo Bay. Private and peaceful, it is one of only two villas on our property.
