Take a ferry to Isla Mujeres or enjoy the beach right across the street. Bus line out front, party center 5 min ride away. Convenience store and pharmacy on the premises.

Condo at the foot of the beach, in the best location in the hotel zone of Cancun. Within walking distance of restaurants, shopping malls, nightclubs (COCOBONGO, MANDALA BEACH, etc.). The room is located on the top floor, in a corner, with a spectacular view of the Cancun sunsets, towards the Nichupte lagoon and to your left you can appreciate the turquoise blue of the Cancun sea. I recommend it for 2 or 3 people, since the place is small. Max 4, but they're going to feel cramped.

Great beach studio! only two guests

Splendid studio in one of the most amazing beaches of Cancun. Great location in the middle of Cancun’s hip hotel strip! We are in a condo residential with security and a very placid location. The studio does not have beach view. But the building is located right in the beach! The view of the window shows other neighbor departments.
