The apartment is located at the Punta Cancun area (5-10 minutes walking distance from the party center, many restaurants and night life). The beach is huge, the waters are very shallow with very little waves. Excellent for families with kids and seniors. It is in a condo hotel so it has hotel services on demand (not included in the rent).

Condo at the foot of the beach, in the best location in the hotel zone of Cancun. Within walking distance of restaurants, shopping malls, nightclubs (COCOBONGO, MANDALA BEACH, etc.). The room is located on the top floor, in a corner, with a spectacular view of the Cancun sunsets, towards the Nichupte lagoon and to your left you can appreciate the turquoise blue of the Cancun sea. I recommend it for 2 or 3 people, since the place is small. Max 4, but they're going to feel cramped.
