JH Studio is located in the geographical centre of Newcastle, just 5 minutes drive from JH Hospital, Blackbutt Reserve & parks. This modern, spacious one bedroom studio sits privately downstairs at the rear of our residence, with separate entry & quiet street parking. It features a comfy king size bed, newly renovated bathroom & laundry, self-contained kitchen, lounge & dining rooms, snooker table & stylish furnishings. The Church is a very private 140 year old timber church with gothic windows and high ceilings set in its own lush native garden The living area is spacious with French Doors opening onto a large veranda under shady trees The bedroom is on a mezzanine level with a queen bed Bathroom is large with a long, deep cast iron bath. Pet friendly inside and out. 5 min walk to a nature reserve and Kotara rail station (Sydney line) 15-25 min to beach by car, bus or train very near (1-5 min walk)
