We just recently discovered the Lake Placid area and were happy to find a great home for our 1st visit. The home had 4 rooms, all with beds and 3 bathrooms. It was all clean and well stocked. The living area was very open and perfect for a family to spend time together, but with ample space. The game room was great also for a game night and the dining table for playing cards and eating as a big family. We were worried about being on Lake Henry, but we spent more time on that lake, than Lake June. Plenty of room to tube, wakeboard and fish for bass. The canal to connect to Lake June is very shallow, but a flats boat got through okay for us. Great home and location. We would love to return!

Wow definitely going on my favorites list! Gorgeous view out back. Lovely, huge porch. Bathrooms are both in the hallway - not tucked into master bedroom or similar. That wasn’t clear from the photos. Quiet. Super clean. Amazing, generous details like a great variety of snacks and treats. Tons of supplies available like toiletries and towels. Big washer and dryer. Superb and friendly communication from host. Lots of stores and restaurants 15 minutes away. Dollar store about 5 minutes. We parked five vehicles easily. Effortless stay.

Incredibly peaceful, waterfront house. We were there for work and it was so nice to come back to a relaxing, quiet place to unwind! Definitely recommend this property with lovely hosts as well!

Really can not say enough about how wonderful the home was. I did not need to cook but everything you could need was in the kitchen. Beds were very comfortable, hot water lasted, easy check in/out. Clear instructions. Beautiful and well maintained.

We arrived at Michael’s for an eight night stay. Both homes were very clean, and had tidy yards. Michael’s pre instructions made it very easy to locate the property and get checked in. We brought two 21' bass boats and used the launch on the property, which had grippy concrete and was plenty deep. The boat house was fully equipped with lights, outlets, bumpers and cleats, and accommodated our two boats nicely. There was ample parking for our pickups and trailers in the backyard and covered carport. Going inside we found a binder with a guide to everything local - restaurants, marina, tackle, bait, grocery, gas, casinos, etc. Both homes had everything you could need, and had plenty of room to hang out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend staying with Michael!

The place is extremely spacious! Donna is a great host the best I have ever seen, much much more than I expected! Will stay here again as we loved the place and Donna available at any time we reached out!

This place is AMAZING! So well stocked and so many nice little additions to make our stay more enjoyable. There were plenty of games to keep my kids entertained. The plug ins for chargers in each room were so awesome I’m going to get some for my own house! The sitting area beside the canal is my new favorite place on earth to drink coffee in the morning! Can’t say enough about this place! Thank you for sharing and can’t wait to come back for a longer stay!

This place was awesome as were the host. The house was very comfortable and super clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. I just can’t say enough about how great our stay was. We are definitely looking forward to visiting again next year.

Rekah went above an beyond to accommodate me as far as my check in and departure was concerned, also the complementary items she provided was really helpful until i made it to the supermarket. The facility was clean, quiet, beautiful and my family and I felt really safe there. We had all the amenities needed and then some. Beautiful environment to stroll around. The pond, the gezibo, sitting outside on the back porch sipping my mornimg coffee and enjoying to sunshine. It will definitely be a place we return to on other visits to Trinidad.

Arthur’s space was exactly as described perfect location close to all amenities. I would certainly stay with him again.

Curtis is an excellent host always responsive and proactive. The studio was adorable, very peaceful and the neighborhood was very comforting. I highly recommend this location if you like privacy and nice time to set and reflect with nature around you . Cool little place . Not fancy but very comfortable. Set up very well for cooking meals & being self sufficient.

The entire stay was wonderful. The apartment was very clean, with all the amenities we needed. The balcony was amazing with lots of space to lounge and have our morning coffee. The place is near the airport, the city and Te Amo beach. It was very easy to get around and access everything we needed. Quintin greeted us at check in and check out and was very friendly. Overall our best Airbnb experience to date!

Perfect location for everything and check in/out was so easy! Loved the apartment and the atmosphere, I really felt at home! My questions were answered pretty quickly and I would definitely recommend this stay for first timers in Puerto Rico, it was perfect!

Cozy, clean, lots of amenities. Loved the outdoor porch and deck right on the canal. Comfy bed. 10 minute ride to downtown Delray! Lots of great restaurants, bars and shops in DelRay downtown. The cottage was so great that we wanted to buy it.

Victoria was an amazing host. Very accommodating, responsive, and friendly. The unit itself was beautiful and equipped with all of our needs, close to the beach, and very private. Highly recommended to all! If you’re choosing between spots or dont know where you’re going to stay, look no more. Will be staying again.

This place is perfect! A true piece of paradise in southern Florida! My wife and I were looking to spend a relaxing, anniversary weekend, sitting back, with no agenda, just enjoying some privacy, surrounded by nature. We got exactly what we were looking for here. The property is beautiful! Trees, plants and flowers everywhere. Everything was maintained perfectly. We had a fire pit, tiki hut, hammocks, hot tub, kayaks, and the entire pool to ourselves while we were there. We spent quite a bit of time just sitting out on the boat dock in the Adirondack chairs enjoying the cool breeze and watching the wildlife. There is a TV in the tiki hut that you can watch while relaxing in the hot tub or sitting at the bar having a glass of wine. Inside you have plenty of everything that you need to feel like home while you're there. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of extra toiletries in the bathroom in case you left anything behind. We highly recommend this place and will plan another visit for sure

Macaw Villa was a beautiful home that was impeccably clean from top to bottom (I wish I could get my home that clean). The surrounding yard and pool were beautiful and we'll maintained with plenty of birds and lizards to view. We all felt very safe staying on the property. The owner was very responsive when we wrote him with questions during our stay. It was close to a few sodas for food. We enjoyed El Rincon del Chef as a nearby option. Our kids ages 9 and 11 loved the place as well and made it clear they thought I should make it a 5 star review. They wanted to stay longer.

Es un lugar muy hermoso, tranquilo, organizado y limpio. Desde la piscina se puede observar el lago y el Volcán Arenal. También pudimos ver animales como oso perezoso, Tucanes, entre otros. En cuanto a la comida, llevamos nuestros alimentos y teníamos una cocina equipada para prepararlos. En carro es fácil llegar desde Tilarán, pero sin carro solo hay taxi, no hay uber. Es un sitio acogedor y con un clima fresco.

Clean, well-stocked, great kitchen. Excellent TV. Jo was responsive to my every need. This was my second visit and there will be more.

Great getaway - Beautiful mix of having your own getaway where you are completely alone but if you want into town and enjoy the amazing town of Cayey (which has one the best Plazas in Puerto Rico on the weekends) you can in 20 minutes. Jerry was a great host!

This is the 2nd time my wife and I have stayed at this property. It’s awesome! Clean, quiet and centrally located between. Ft. Myers & Naples. Will be back again.
