Caraïbes : locations de villas de vacances

We stayed at Christophe’s place for 2 weeks over the Holidays. It is a beautiful property with a large pool and quiet surroundings even though it is close to restaurants and the beach ( 1minute walk) and all the activities at Las Ballenas beach. A small supermarket is 2 minutes down the road and the town as well as Punta Popy Beach is walkable from there. We also got great recommendations for a car rental, Francis, Christophe’s contact was very reliable and fantastic to deal with and delivered our rental car right to the property, we contacted him on his cell ahead of time. We loved our stay and will be back

Amazing views, friendliest host with the best recommandations! We stayed for 4 days and felt right at home. We followed Gerards advice for our entire stay and everything was perfect. The place is private, clean, has everything you need and the view is ♥️ Him coming to say goodbye to us with freshly cut coconuts was just the cherry on top.

Nous étions 7 personnes à la villa pour 10 jours. Je vous confirme que les photos sont exactement comme en réalité et c’est magnifique. La piscine infini avec la vue, c’est juste wow. Et les chambres sont vraiment bien avec chacune leur salle de bain. Le p’tit hic qu’on a eu est l’eau chaude pour la douche, ce n’est pas tout le monde qui en avait. Du côté de la plage, on a aucun problème avec les gardiens. Ils ont été très courtois en autant qu’on avait les bracelets et la carte d’accès. L’épicerie est à environ 10 minutes max. La ville n’a pas passé souvent pour le recyclage, il a fallu qu’on aille en porter dans des bacc municipal car ça débordait mais ce n’est pas la faute des propriétaires. Et côté communication avec Marielle, c’était parfait, toujours très rapide pour répondre. Donc en résumé, on donne un 10/10 à la villa et nous recommandons fortement. De magnifiques vacances!

A great house. Looks like the photos. It has an extremely practical layout for groups or families and the outdoor pool area and views are spectacular. Magali and Cathy were always friendly and responsive and extremely honourable to deal with. Any concerns we had were taken seriously and responded to immediately. An example of how great the hosts were : our 3 year old left his favourite stuffed animal in the world behind in the house when we left, and we only discovered this when already at the airport. Cathy drove the toy across the island to our friends that were staying another night, and our friends brought it home to us the next day. We are so appreciative and so is our son!

Great space, great location, and great views! There isn't much else to say as everything was as described and Joy was a great host. We look forward to visiting again next year.

Villa Swell 2 is an incredibly special place. From the moment we arrived, we were mesmerized by the ocean views and the sounds of nearby crashing waves. It's private and just a quick drive to the best beaches, restaurants and bakeries (1 bakery is a 5 min walk from the villa.) The villa seems brand new, and has thoughtful designer touches throughout. The plunge pool was great on a hot day and the kitchen was well supplied. We appreciated the refrigerator's filtered water and ice dispenser. It was great having access to a washing machine and dryer. Amadine was a very responsive host and she was always available to answer our questions, which as first timers to St Barths, was very helpful. We would love to return someday!

This is a must-rent Airbnb! The home is stunning- open, airy, with dark tropical wood beams and a terrace that catches the ocean breeze just right. It feels like a dream tucked into the island. Even more incredible was the hospitality. When we landed, we lost GPS service and spent nearly three hours driving in circles. Sandra didn’t hesitate, she drove an hour to find us and guided us all the way to the house. Her kindness made all the difference. If you’re coming to Guadeloupe, this is the place you want to be. It’s also one of the best rentals on the island.

Perfect stay! Went with a group of 5 for my birthday absolutely loved everything about this Villa! From the views to the decor and the space. The location was close proximity to the beach and restaurants. Love it!

We had a great stay at Villa Pur. Amenities of the unit were A1. We had all we needed in the kitchen, everything functional and at our disposal. Melissa and her team were very responsive and there to help when we needed. The pictures are 100% representative of the unit (So yes: amazing view, great furniture and comfy linen and bed). Loved the blackout shutters for those looking to sleep-in during their vacay :) Our favorite activities: the Kayak outing to Pinel Island for lunch with some beach-ocean relaxation and the morning yoga at the villa with Suzy Scholz. We had a great time and would recommande to my best friend :)

Honestly, the pictures don’t do this villa justice! It’s so beautiful and in a gated neighborhood. Emma was absolutely amazing, she helped me coordinate with others on the island for private transportation and a masseuse. We had an incredible time and would 100% return. We had a group of 7 ladies celebrating our 40th Birthdays. It’s a great villa for a larger group. Thanks again Emma. ❤️

C'est une très agréable villa située sur les hauteurs de Ste Luce avec une vue à 180° sur l'océan. Sa situation permet de rayonner très facilement. Le logement et les équipements sont conformes à la description. Le jardin et le carbet permettent de profiter de la vie à l’extérieur. La piscine, même si elle n'est pas grande est un vrai plaisir de détente. Vincent est un hôte extrêmement sympathique et bienveillant, très réactif et de très bon conseil. Enfin aussi à noter une excellente connexion internet, un bon wifi et une système télé de très bonne qualité

The house was great! Very clean, beautiful kitchen, amazing outdoor living space, great views and loved the access to the water! We came with two couples and two toddlers and the place had everything we needed! Perfect location right on the water, close to Orient Beach area and very easy to get to Pinel Island either by kayak or by the ferry boat. We will definitely stay again! Thank you!

Unglaublich schöne Villa, in jeder Hinsicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Aussicht ist beeindruckend, der Pool ist sensationell, die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Nous avons séjourné chez Sylvie en famille . Le logement est spacieux , (conforme aux photos ) bien équipé et la piscine est top! Et le principal : la vue !!!! Sylvie et son mari sont des hôtes réactifs et attentionnés . Je recommande !

Nous avons passé un agréable moment en famille dans la villa de Pascale. La villa est bien placé et permet d’alterner entre détente et activités à faire en famille.

nous avons été ravis par la location, située au calme mais assez près de toutes les commodités (marina a 8mn, supermarché a 5mn....). piscine, jardin et maison tres bien décorés et tres agréable a y vivre.

Notre séjour dans cette villa a été exceptionnel! La maison est un véritable havre de paix, décorée avec un goût exquis, alliant modernité et chaleur. Les espaces sont spacieux, lumineux et conçus pour le confort : salon accueillant, salle à manger conviviale, cuisine super équipée. L'extérieur est un rêve : terrasse parfaite à toute heure, piscine magnifique entourée de verdure. Un vrai plus : la proximité des commodités et de la marina, facilitant l'exploration de la région. Mention spéciale pour la propreté impeccable et l'entretien soigné. Nanou et Martine sont des hôtes exceptionnelles: communication fluide, réactivité et accueil chaleureux. Idéal pour couple + famille (6 personnes en tout). Une expérience inoubliable et vivement recommandée!

La villa topaze est un vrai bonheur, que je recommande à tous. Échange et accueil avec l’hôte extrêmement fluide . Je n’ai jamais vu une cuisine aussi bien équipée, la literie est bonne, c’est extrêmement propre, le tout sans parler de l’aspect chaleureux et accueillant de cette maison. On s’y sens bien! Le diamant est un emplacement parfait pour sillonner le reste de l’île .

petite maison dans la résidence très jolie. conforme à la description. la plage juste en face est peu fréquentée mais la mer un peu plus agitée. le snack juste en face fait du bruit le weekend mais est calme le reste du temps. Anaïs a été très agréable et disponible.

Très belle villa avec ses 2 logements distincts. Vue magnifique sur les couchers de soleil et la mer en fond. Plage Leroux accessible à pied (5minutes). Merci à Gaëlle pour son accueil, ses conseils et sa disponibilité. Nous conseillons vraiment cette villa
