The master bedroom & bath (king bed) along with the main bath with washer and dryer are also located on the second floor. The third floor loft is a beautiful escape with a queen bed and separate sitting area.

The space is in the walkout basement of my home. It has tall ceilings, a private entrance and no shared spaces. Gorgeous country side property with lots of room to roam perfect for pets to stretch their legs after a long car ride.

Many amenities within walking distance or a short drive, including Tim Horton's, Gas/Convenience stores and Big Box Stores (Walmart). Only a short bike ride to a favourite craft brewery next to our picturesque Saint John River.
